La atención, amabilidad y eficacia del personal. Las zonas comunes y las habitaciones son bonitas. Las pinturas... Preciosas.
La cercanía con el centro de Cuenca.

Cons:

Que el baño tuviera el techo con moho... Aunque es un edificio antiguo merece ser cuidado.
