Localização excelente, host atencioso, porém apartamento com pouca limpeza e precisando de reforma.
Pros:

Apartamento grande, e super perto da Estação de trens.

Cons:

Quarto sujo, cheio de tufos de pó atrás da cama e nos cantos do quarto. Hall de Entrada do prédio notadamente suja. Tv instalada na parede da e ao lado cabeceira (!)

Cons:

Viele stufen bis zur Wohnung und sehr hellhörig. Auch die Straße war sehr laut. Und das 2. Zimmer war mit einer Glastür, also keine Privatsphäre

Perfekt für eine Städtetour.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Unterkunft ist gut zu Fuß mit Koffer zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Bahnhof.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Leipziger Hauptbahnhof entfernt; trotzdem kein Verkehrslärm (Zimmer war nach hinten gelegen). Wohnung sehr sauber. Absoluter Pluspunkt die kleine Miniküche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine ...

Zentrale Lage, Bequeme Betten

Cons:

Das Appartement war ungepflegt: Kühlschrank veraltet und mit dicker Eisschicht (s. Foto), sodass kaum Kühlleistung blieb. Permanenter Gestank im fensterlosen Badezimmer, vermutlich aus der Kanalisation. Lüftung funktioniert nur bei eingeschaltetem Licht... . Geringer Wasserdruck. Geschirrausstattung dürftig. Küchengeräte sind vorhanden, können aus Mangel an Arbeitsfläche und Steckdosen nur sehr eingeschränkt benutz werden. Beim ersten Versuch den Schlafzimmervorhang zu schließen fiel dieser mit Stange zu Boden (s. Photo). Wir haben das selbst repariert, weil wir an den vier Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nie einen Ansprechpartner hatten. Da wir pro Nacht mehr als indiskutabele 140 Euro bezahlt haben, denken wir darüber nach, "Luga Homes" die uns ausgeführten Arbeiten in Rechnung zu stellen.☹️🙂

Super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Hauptbahnhof und die vorhandene Ausstattung für die Haushaltsgeräte waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Kaffeemaschine war leider nicht komplett sauber.

Tolles großes Altbauappartment in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Schönes Altbauappartment, nah am Bahnhof und Parkhaus gegenüber sowie fussläufig zum Stadtzentrum. Sehr wohnlich und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Schlafzimmer-Fenster zum Straßenbahn hin sind leider nicht mit Schallschutz ausgestattet, man hört die Straßenbahn recht laut vorbei rattern. Da sie aber Nachts nur selten fährt, geht es gut zu schlafen.
