Goed betaalbaar hotel in midden Nederland
Pros:

Ruime parkeergelegenheid, aparte toilet bij kamer, twee losse dekbedden

Cons:

De wc was niet goed schoon, er waren te weinig handdoeken voor 2 personen, er was geen airco (erg warm in kamer.

Cons:

De kamer was veel te warm en niet te koelen. Niet netjes te woord gestaan bij de receptie. Er werd ons uiteindelijk verteld dat wij onze klacht via Booking aan de directeur kenbaar konden maken, maar inmiddels zijn we een maand verder en hebben wij nog steeds geen antwoord gekregen. Klantenservice kan een ervaring flink beïnvloeden en in dit geval zorgt het uitblijven ervan dat wij zeer negatief terugkijken op ons weekendje weg.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was heerlijk!

Cons:

De tv deed het niet! En er zat een vlek in de onderlaken! En het matras was door gezakt! Verder was de kamer netjes en schoon.

Pros:

Locatie is geweldig, direct in het bos, gratis water, thee, koffie in de lobby, vriendelijk personeel. Fantastisch ontbijt, mooi hotel met prachtig balkon met uitzicht op het bos. Fijn voor een wandeling of hardlopen in het bos.

Cons:

Alleen lakens op het bed, geen molton, de hele boel glijdt zo van je bed af. En dan lig je op het matras. Niet hygiënisch. Vlekken in de lakens.
