Breakfast N/A. Location was good and overall the hotel was very presentable
The bed was very uncomfortable and disappointing considering everything else exceeded expectations based on the price point
Location
Overpriced for the quality of the rooms.
A member of staff continuously flirted with me and made me feel uncomfortable
The room was massive even though we had booked the small double room. Friendly staff. Check in straight forward. Breakfast was lovely.
We had a meal in the restaurant. My pasta was absolutely delicious, but my husband didn’t care for his fish and chips, poor quality of fish and his chips were brick hard. He did say to staff who advised they would pass on the comment to the chef.
They cancelled my booking the same day as I was checking in,1 of the busiest days of the year with the Black Isle’s show next day,I tried to find other accommodation but they were all booked,so had to stay with friends
Location was excellent. Bed not very
Double bed wasn't very big. Needs decorated.
We booked the small double room, and it was but it was just for overnight. they were very helpful in putting our cool bricks into their kitchen freezer.
Good location near to railway station, and clean room,
Hotel is very run down, having had no money spent on it for many decades. Seems to be run with minimal staff, though my welcome was friendly enough. Very expensive for what it was- but at £80 it compared well with prices in Inverness in mid July, which almost make Edinburgh look reasonable.
Muito mau
Perfect location right in a town. Good old stylish hotel. Got fridge in a room which is bonus.
Nice clean linen, excellent shower, nice breakfast
Property a wee bit tired and requires some decoration
