בחדר שלנו המזגן לא קירר טוב, הביאו טכנאי אבל זה לא עזר. היה חם בחדר וזה לא היה נעים.
המלון ליד שדה התעופה, אפשר לראות ולשמוע את המטוסים.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind recht gross. Die Lage direkt am Strand und im Zentrum war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut, es war für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Der Strandabschnitt ist nicht so toll. Aber wenn man nach rechts geht, wird es viel schöner. Fluglärm stört, aber das ist ja bekannt.

Très décevant, nous ne reviendrons pas

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet hôtel et, malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante, surtout au regard du prix payé et des prestations annoncées.

À l’exception du personnel de ménage et de 2 ou 3 personnes au petit-déjeuner, nous avons trouvé le reste du personnel particulièrement désagréable, notamment à l’accueil. Nous avions pourtant lu quelques commentaires allant dans ce sens et nous nous étions dit que cela ne nous dérangerait pas… mais sur place, c’est finalement assez pesant au quotidien.

Concernant le ménage, même si le personnel est agréable, le nettoyage est effectué de façon assez sommaire. La chambre n’est pas réellement nettoyée en profondeur et certains détails sont clairement négligés.

La piscine est également très décevante. Elle est sale, avec de la moisissure et des algues visibles à plusieurs endroits. Pour un hôtel qui met en avant ses prestations et au vu du tarif pratiqué, nous avons trouvé cela particulièrement regrettable et difficilement acceptable.

Les parties communes sont très passantes et donc extrêmement bruyantes. Le moindre cri d’enfant résonne dans tout l’hôtel. Autre point important qui n’est pas clairement précisé : l’hôtel se trouve directement sous un couloir aérien. Les avions passent très bas, parfois à une centaine de mètres au-dessus de nos têtes, dès 7 h du matin. Pour ceux qui recherchent du calme, passez votre chemin.

Par ailleurs, les photos présentées sur le site ne reflètent pas réellement la situation sur place. Les parties communes et certaines chambres sont défraîchies, sales et donnent parfois l’impression que les travaux ne sont pas terminés.

Enfin, de nombreux transats sont hors service. Nous avons trouvé cela particulièrement honteux pour un établissement de ce standing.

En résumé, beaucoup de déception et de regrets au regard du prix payé et des pseudo-prestations annoncées. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement et nous le déconseillons fortement.
