Muy mala experiencia
Pros:

Lindo hotel pero a mi hermano le exploto la puerta de vidrio de la ducha mientras se bañaba, quedo con el cuerpo cortado y sangrando. Es insolito, realmente muy peligroso. Esa noche no nos llamaron una ambulancia, solo nos cambiaron de habitacion. Nadie se hizo cargo.

Cons:

Cuando se revento el vidrio de la ducha y mi hermano quedo con todo el cuerpo cortado y con sangre, les pedimos que llamen a una ambulancia y dijeron que no sabian si mi assist card lo cubria. El hotel tiene una puerta mal instalada que explota, ellos deberian haberse hecho cargo. No les importo que mi hermano estuviera sangrando. Solo nos ofrecieron un taxi hasta alguna clinica y se lavaron las manos. Al dia siguiente pedimos la devolucion y dijeron que no era posible. No volveria ni lo recomendaria, es peligroso.

Oke voor de prijs en voor 1 nacht, niet voor herhaling voor ons
Pros:

- Vriendelijk personeel
- 30 min van luchthaven

Cons:

- kamer was niet onderhouden
- deur badkamer sloot niet door vocht
- schimmel aan het douchegordijn
- deurkozijn viel uit elkaar
- klink badkamer viel er af
- vuile handoeken op terras/dak die nooit opgeruimd zijn
- heel heel beknopt ontbijt
- veel mooier op foto dan realiteit

Cons:

The staff, the receptionists couldn’t help with anything. I booked and paid a lot of money for the spa room, first thing the building was separate from the hotel and so could not reach lobby unless you cross the street and the phones were not working to speak with reception and the spa would stop working every night and maintenance were non existent and room cleaners would not clean room every morning unless you found them and physically sales them to do it.

Amazing breakfast: tasty fruits, coffee, juice, Turkish tea, meat and veggies options, receptionists were extremely helpful. They spoke English. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool. The room was good, the mattresses were nice, always clean towels

Cons:

The bathroom door had mold in our room. We got a different room after we noticed that. If your room is on the street side, you will hear the mosque at 5am. If it faces an internal yard it will be quiet. Music at the swimming pool might be quieter

Pros:

Приятный небольшой отель. У нас были номера с балкончиками в корпусе с баром на первом этаже. Ночного шума не было. Интерьер уютный.
В пешей доступности Мигрос, рестораны. Можно спуститься до красивой набережной за пару минут.
При заселении записывают номер ватсап и присылают информацию в сообщениях -удобно. Думаю, можно свои вопросы и проблемы также через вотсап обсуждать, но у нас не было необходимости.
Завтраки в очень красивой столовой на первом этаже. Есть всего по немногу, голодными не оставались.

Cons:

Имейте ввиду, что лифта в здании нет.

Pros:

находится отель в любимом районе Лара - для транзита это лучшая локация - кафе, рестораны, торговый центр, набережная, детская площадка. Состоит из 3 зданий, непонятно где лучше номера, мы жили в дальнем, Высказал претензии персоналу по ситуации с чекином- предложил его решить трансфером в аэропорт, пошли на встречу, за что спасибо.

Cons:

Чекин на 2,5 часа позже заявленного времени, сидели с детьми ждали, это очень неприятно. При этом сам номер был не очень чисты, липкие полы (их не мыли вовсе), я думаю уровень 60 евро/ночь, за 200 евро на семью два номера - слабовато, номер 3002 и 3003 - очень шумные из-за близости входной двери, которая хлопает при открывании. Бассейн не вызвал желания в нем поплавать : )

Schönes sauberes Hotel mit ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und können viele schöne Orte empfehlen.
Frühstück war auch gut.
Wir waren sogar zweimal da. Das erste Mal Block A (hat Lift)
Das zweite Mal in Block B (hat kein Lift)

Cons:

Die Lage ist halt etwas weit vom Zentrum.
Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet so das war für uns kein Problem.
Aber ohne Auto wird es schwierig sein.

Staff were friendly, location is good walking distance from terra city mall, and lower duden waterfalls, room was enough and spacious for a family of 5

Cons:

The reception area is the same area where they serve alcohol so for a Muslim family it is difficult to do checkin while others are ordering alcohol from the same person.

Calming, relaxing and accommodating brilliant around
Pros:

The staff of this hotel are amazing so accommodating nothing‘s a problem really boutique sort of vibe just fantastic. I’d recommend a 21 brilliant

Cons:

The only criticism would be there could be another half a dozen chairs around the pool, but apart from that, I’ve got not one bad thing to say about the property
