Location was good. Centric. Staff was friendly, kind and willing to support.
Beds and mattress are not comfortable. Very hard and rigid. Internet Connection was unstable in the room.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious enough.The breakfast also had variety.
The shower doesn't have a door,so the bathroom floor gets very wet and stays damp because there is no window into the bathroom.
The rooms don't get cleaned very throughly.
There are rooms that are not in the main building which is a little annoying.

There was no curtain in the shower so all the bath room was in water after taking the shower and hair dryer didn’t work
Nice hotel, good location, rooms were larger then average for a hotel, bus stops nearby to travel within Antalya, nice pool.
Breakfast could have had more of a selection, still was good but could have been better.
The rooms look a little dated and are in need of repairs, our rooms had no lock between connecting family room, door wouldn't even close shut.
Ceiling looks to have had water leaks and are stained with paint bubbles and peeling, showers need to be re-grouted and re application of silicone on joints.
Experienced internet problems whilst staying here and had to go to reception to gain access with staffs login as our rooms weren't connecting.
Our family connecting rooms were in a different building across the road from where the main building was to access pool and breakfast/restaurant/bar which was an inconvenience.
Also our rooms were just outside the main building entry on ground level, so was a little noisy with foot traffic of people coming and going throughout the night whilst trying to sleep.
We kregen een andere kamer dan dat we geboekt hadden, en ze deden moeilijk om deze te wisselen. Uiteindelijk hadden ze onze geboekte kamer aan iemand anders gegeven.
Bij het ontbijt waren er niet genoeg tafels en stoelen voor iedereen. Het sinaasappelsap was warm, de kaas en het fruit ook, er was bijna geen brood, en er werd bijna niet aangevuld.

Duş alanı cam ile ayrılmamıştı tüm tuvalet su oluyordu. Havlular için ayrı bir dolap olsa daha iyi olurdu. Odalarda terlik yoktu. Duşta şampuan vardı ancak duş jeli yoktu. Yatak çok sertti konforlu değildi

The staff were amazing, hotel was buzzing with energy, its decorations were vibrant.
No elevator to the top floor however this didn't affect us.
The staff where kind and happy to help with any questions you hand.Nothing was too much trouble and if you order something they even bring it to your room if you want.Iron was not in the room but when i asked about one they bought that to the room within 5 minutes
