Fabulous stay
Pros:

We enjoyed the amazing staff, very eager to help with any needs and always smiling. Restaurant and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely place to chill out.

Cons:

Pool is large with amazing views, just felt it could be a little warmer being undercover it was a little colder than you would expect.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Останавливались в отеле на три ночи, очень понравилось. Номер был просторный, кровать удобная. Отель расположен на первой линии прямо возле пляжа, но на пляж мы не ходили , его оценить не смогу

Cons:

В номере постоянно выключался кондиционер. Была табличка о том, что он выключается автоматически при открывании окна, но окна мы не трогали. Из-за этого ночью было трудно спать.

Прекрасный отель. Номер большой, шикарный вид на море, угловой балкон ( жили на 25 этаже)..Очень чисто, убирали хорошо, даже на балконе. Вкусные завтраки, частично менялось меню ежедневно, шоколадный фонтан. Приятный персонал, есть русскоговорящий сотрудник.

Cons:

Проблема с лежаками, утром свободных хронически нет. Поэтому ходили левее, брали лежаки за деньги. Зато не было ограничений по времени на 3 часа.

Great location
Pros:

We were welcomed with a lovely cold drink and smiling reception staff who quickly got us settled into our room. The room itself was spacious, with a huge comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, and a fabulous view across the bay to the mountains beyond. The air conditioning was both effective and surprisingly quiet, always a bonus in Vietnam.

Breakfast was good overall, with an extensive selection on offer. Unfortunately, some fellow guests rather spoiled the experience through sheer greed. One couple even took the entire contents of a watermelon platter to their already overflowing table. We also noticed a huge amount of food waste each morning. In the end, we gave up on the hotel breakfast altogether and chose to eat locally instead.

The hotel spa was excellent. I treated myself most days because the prices were incredibly reasonable and the staff were genuinely lovely. I would highly recommend the full body massage, facials, and hair washing treatments.

The beach is directly opposite the hotel, separated only by a road, although crossing it became our daily adrenaline challenge. The trick in Vietnam seems to be to hold your arm out confidently and walk slowly without stopping. Somehow the traffic flows around you. Reaching the other side still alive felt like a genuine achievement every single time.

What we’ll remember most about our stay, though, is the people we met. Special thanks to Huong, Daisy, and Nam, who all went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Huong even helped organise our day trip after she had already finished work for the day. Truly wonderful people who made our holiday feel very special.

​Location is a major asset. Tran Phu is right downstairs. Grab a green Vinfast taxi and you are at any vital coordinate—from the Long Son Pagoda to the medical cluster on Yersin Street—in a heartbeat. The ocean’s proximity provides a necessary breeze, a cooling relief when the city turns into a literal autoclave.
​The rooms have held up well. When my wife was hit by a heat stroke, this place functioned like a high-end recovery ward: consistent climate control, total isolation from the urban chaos, and orthopedic support that lets the spine decompress after a day of hiking the Cham towers. For a man with a fresh polypropylene mesh in his groin, these are not perks—they are physiological requirements.
​Breakfast is a high-capacity fuel depot. Everything from slow carbs to the specific type of coffee that jumpstarts the cortex before the first surgical incision. Cleanliness is at a clinical level, zero trace of the street grime found just a block away.
​My rating is 4.8. I am docking two-tenths for the typical Asian bottleneck at the elevators during peak hours. The rest is a solid baseline. Point.

В первую очередь хочу выразить огромную благодарность отелю за то, что их водитель дождался нас в аэропорту. Такси было заказано на 10.30, но из-за огромной очереди на паспортный контроль мы вышли только в 11.30. Всё это время менеджер отеля была с нами на связи и успокаивала как могла. Отель большой и красивый, находится на оживленной улице, но в отдалении от центра города – пешком идти минут 30. Рядом с отелем кафе, рестораны, магазины, лотки с фруктами, аптеки. Номер 2014 светлый, просторный, чистый. Много светильников, есть мини холодильник, чайник и набор для чая и кофе. Балкона в номере, к сожалению, нет. Зато есть панорамное окно. Уборка в номере каждый день. Заметила, что убираются гораздо лучше, когда номер пустой. Если вы находитесь в номере в момент уборки, то девочки торопятся уйти побыстрее, соответственно качество уборки снижается. На завтраках большой выбор блюд: есть привычные омлеты и блюда местной кухни, каждое утро свежие фрукты, выпечка. Голодными точно не останетесь. Меня лично покорил йогурт — нежный, молочный, густой — с фруктами просто объедение, а ещё вкуснейшие профитроли. Правда блюда повторяются и за 10 дней успеваешь попробовать всё и устать от однообразия. Несколько раз ходили в ресторан на 6 этаже — всё очень вкусное и по цене ненамного выше, чем в заведениях на улице, но к итоговой стоимости прибавляют налог. Советую попробовать здесь кокосовый кофе в двух вариантах – холодный и горячий, а ещё необычный яичный кофе. Ходили в СПА центр отеля на массаж. Кроме массажа нам ещё сделали уход для лица, что особенно развеселило моего бородатого мужа. Сам массаж был довольно неплохой – девушка отлично проработала спину, плечи и руки, а вот на ногах как будто схалтурила, было ощущение, что она просто натирает их маслом. Из приятного: на мой день рождения отель преподнёс мне мини пироженки, кстати, очень вкусные. Также, каждый день с 15 до 17 часов на 29 этаже отеля гостям предлагают бесплатный чай или кофе.

Cons:

Прикроватная тумбочка в номере всего одна, видимо, в отеле решили, что второму человеку она не нужна. Тренажёрный зал светлый и приятный, но заниматься особо не на чем. Гантелей много, но они маленькие, часть тренажёров не работает. Зеркало во всю стену, но почему-то оно тёмное и в каких-то узорах. Но самое большое разочарование – окна выходят на детскую комнату, за которой открывается вид на море. Неприятным сюрпризом стало то, что нам запретили снимать в СПА центре на массаже, хотя на ресепшене при бронировании услуги нас заверили, что снимать можно и нужно.
