В первую очередь хочу выразить огромную благодарность отелю за то, что их водитель дождался нас в аэропорту. Такси было заказано на 10.30, но из-за огромной очереди на паспортный контроль мы вышли только в 11.30. Всё это время менеджер отеля была с нами на связи и успокаивала как могла. Отель большой и красивый, находится на оживленной улице, но в отдалении от центра города – пешком идти минут 30. Рядом с отелем кафе, рестораны, магазины, лотки с фруктами, аптеки. Номер 2014 светлый, просторный, чистый. Много светильников, есть мини холодильник, чайник и набор для чая и кофе. Балкона в номере, к сожалению, нет. Зато есть панорамное окно. Уборка в номере каждый день. Заметила, что убираются гораздо лучше, когда номер пустой. Если вы находитесь в номере в момент уборки, то девочки торопятся уйти побыстрее, соответственно качество уборки снижается. На завтраках большой выбор блюд: есть привычные омлеты и блюда местной кухни, каждое утро свежие фрукты, выпечка. Голодными точно не останетесь. Меня лично покорил йогурт — нежный, молочный, густой — с фруктами просто объедение, а ещё вкуснейшие профитроли. Правда блюда повторяются и за 10 дней успеваешь попробовать всё и устать от однообразия. Несколько раз ходили в ресторан на 6 этаже — всё очень вкусное и по цене ненамного выше, чем в заведениях на улице, но к итоговой стоимости прибавляют налог. Советую попробовать здесь кокосовый кофе в двух вариантах – холодный и горячий, а ещё необычный яичный кофе. Ходили в СПА центр отеля на массаж. Кроме массажа нам ещё сделали уход для лица, что особенно развеселило моего бородатого мужа. Сам массаж был довольно неплохой – девушка отлично проработала спину, плечи и руки, а вот на ногах как будто схалтурила, было ощущение, что она просто натирает их маслом. Из приятного: на мой день рождения отель преподнёс мне мини пироженки, кстати, очень вкусные. Также, каждый день с 15 до 17 часов на 29 этаже отеля гостям предлагают бесплатный чай или кофе.

Cons:

Прикроватная тумбочка в номере всего одна, видимо, в отеле решили, что второму человеку она не нужна. Тренажёрный зал светлый и приятный, но заниматься особо не на чем. Гантелей много, но они маленькие, часть тренажёров не работает. Зеркало во всю стену, но почему-то оно тёмное и в каких-то узорах. Но самое большое разочарование – окна выходят на детскую комнату, за которой открывается вид на море. Неприятным сюрпризом стало то, что нам запретили снимать в СПА центре на массаже, хотя на ресепшене при бронировании услуги нас заверили, что снимать можно и нужно.

Modern but impersonal hotel
Pros:

This is a high rise hotel (which we knew in advance) so has a lot of rooms which makes it very busy.

Our room is was quiet, large and modern. Lovely sea from the balcony.

28 floors so have to wait a while for a lift and with so many people can take a while to get up to or down from your room.

You have to pay a £50 deposit on arrival which is given back at end of stay.

Can’t comment on staff as it was so busy you don’t get much interaction with them like smaller hotels.

The hotel is on a very busy main road. Crossing it is difficult.

Breakfast was very busy and not great compared to other hotels in Vietnam.

We only stayed one night so cannot comment on facilities.

Pros:

This is my second time staying here, and probably the last. My first stay was far more pleasant than the recent one. First of all, I did not feel welcome here during check in. FD lady had an attitude, no upgrades were offered, and when I mentioned I had one, she brushed me of. Anyways, room was very small for 2 people with 1 chair and 1 night stand. Looks like it was modified from a room for single person. Towels were small and old, gray color instead of white. Maids did a good job cleaning, except bathroom mirror was never cleaned. Since when 5* hotel has a problem with pool towels? 1 towel per person! Really?! Beach chairs were almost never available. Not to mention, the beach was dirty and never cleaned. It is definitely not a 5* hotel, but a good 3*! I guess, u get what u paid for, right!? I was surprised to find out some people paid way more than I did (I guess thanks Expedia and platinum status), not worth it. There are much better options around. Idk, the vibes are not the same as it used to be. Something is missing, hospitality, I think.

Decent stay
Pros:

Best ocean view

Cons:

The electronic system was bad for our room. We stayed there 4 days but 3/4 of them we experienced not-good electronic system. However, the technical staff and receptionist were supper supportive so we did not feel bad about the services here.

Cons:

На завтраке маленький выбор, не было сыра.
Проблема с лежаками. Хоть и дают бумажку на бесплатные лежаки, не точно ,что они будут. В наше пребывание нам приходилось брать платные, так как бесплатные были все заняты. Между пляжем и гостиницей могла бы быть связь.
