Leuk concept, maar er is nog veel werk aan de winkel.
Pros:

Het bad op het terras is waarvoor we dit hotel gekozen hebben, een leuk concept.
Het personeel van het restaurant krijgt ook een hoge score omdat ze erg professioneel waren in houding, inzicht en service. De gratis minibar is ook een goed punt. En goede verduisterende gordijnen zijn altijd een meerwaarde.

Cons:

Het personeel aan de receptie was jammer genoeg van een veel lager niveau dan hun collega’s van het restaurant. Totaal gebrek aan inzicht bij het verwerken van een groep wachtenden. Personeel dat een lang weekend met korting komt logeren werd voor andere wachtenden bediend. Wie is de klant ? Personeel zal ook wel betalen maar geniet van korting en per definitie gaan klanten met reservaties voor, in elke situatie. Het gebouw zelf ziet er leuk uit maar is niet meteen geluidsdichtend gebouwd. Ik dacht even dat de muren uit gyproc gemaakt waren. En het bed zelf kraakte abnormaal hard, niet iets dat je in een hotel van deze prijsklasse zou verwachten.

Comfortable and trendy
Pros:

Nice location, close to public transport towards downtown. Clean and safe neighborhood.

Cons:

Parking situation in the garage. Was lucky that it was weekend so that you could park on designated spots for neighboring companies; spots designated for hotel were all taken. Not sure how this is during weekdays.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt mit tollem Service und wunderschöner Aussicht
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das sich immer bemüht hat, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben.
Ein weiteres Highlight war die fantastische Aussicht vom Balkon einfach traumhaft, besonders morgens und abends.
Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr angenehm und entspannend.

Pros:

Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt waar je nog extra's kon bijvragen. Personeel altijd supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Badkamer tiptop en tof uitzicht over Düsseldorf vanuit de kamer. Goede metroverbinding met het centrum

Thanks and I am looking forward to come back again.
Pros:

I stay in Düsseldorf for Anuga or Interpack. In '25 hours Hotel' it was my first stay and I was surprised about the positive energy starting from the staff at the lobby and also during breakfast. They were quick, helpful and friendly.
The breakfast buffet and wonderfull city view from the 16th floor was exceptional.
In total I was very satisfied during my stay.
