Good location, friendly staff, amazing SPA

Cons:

The room smelled bad from the toilets, due to electricity cut, we didn’t have breakfast (eggs and coffee), we understood the situation but we didn’t received any suggestions (discount or next time woucher,…)

Kedves személyzet. Jó reggeli, kellemes környezetben. Saját parkolóval rendelkezik a szállás.

Cons:

Az egyik szobába nem volt WC papír bekészítve, ezt a recepció bezárása után vettük észre, így reggel tudtuk jelezni.

Cons:

We are extremely disappointed.

The first issue is the swimming pool, which does not actually exist at the property, even though it is shown in the photos. This is misleading and creates false expectations.

The jacuzzi and saunas are only available in selected rooms, which is also misleading because they are prominently displayed on the main page of this very poor motel.

Another issue is the electrical outlets in Apartment No. 6, which do not work.

My husband uses a breathing machine and was unable to plug it in next to the bed. The outlets on both sides of the bed are not functioning. This is completely unacceptable.

Another issue is the kitchen sponge, which was old, dirty, and there was only one provided.

In an apartment of this standard, a fresh and clean sponge should be provided for every guest.

We do not recommend this place and will strongly advise others against staying here.

Einrichtung und Frühstück waren super, Parkplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen!

Cons:

Der Kaffee ist leider wie Automatenkaffee, man hört leider immer wenn irgendwer die Tür zu seinem Appartement öffnet und schließt (die Türen sind anscheinend sehr schalldurchlässig)

Lokacija objekta je odlična, osebje na recepciji pa izredno prijazno in ustrežljivo.

Cons:

Namestitev po kakovosti žal ne ustreza ceni. Prostori so bili slabo očiščeni, oprema v sobah pa deluje precej osnovno. Posteljnina ne deluje sveža, oprana, tudi ni zlikana. Sobe so brez obešalnikov. Kljub veliki kopalnici manjkajo površine za odlaganje osebnih stvari, kar zmanjšuje udobje bivanja. Izkušnja solne terapije ni izpolnila pričakovanj, saj se prostor nahaja neposredno pod kanalizacijskim sistemom, kar vzbuja dvom v kakovost in primernost solne terapije.
