Don't look under the bed! Tatty towels. Expensive. Only positive was a good breakfast. Avoid.

Cons:

Under the bed had not seen a vacuum cleaner for many months, even years. Towels were threadbare, frayed and tattered (maybe I should commend the eco-friendly approach, but I would have been ashamed to give these to my guests at home). On check-out, receptionist was convinced there had been an error and that I had paid too much, maybe having paid for 3 nights instead of 2. After a few minutes of checking the computer, all went quiet and the subject changed, leaving me with a feeling that some actor in the booking had ripped me off.

Bel emplacement au centre de la Lenk - accès facile et belle ambiance en soirée

Cons:

salle de bain un peu vieillotte - douche dans baignoire, pas terrible pour des personnes agées !!!!

Nettes Personal an der Rezeption, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel aber sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant

Cons:

Personal im Restaurant war absolut überfordert. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat versucht alles zu lösen, wobei andere Mitarbeiter eher nur zur Show und nicht zum arbeiten anwesend waren. 1 Stunde Wartezeit auf das Essen ist inakzeptabel, trotz frischer Zubereitung.

Unfreundliches, unfähiges Personal.
Bei der Dusche kam eine braune Pfütze, auch nach 15 min. spülen immer noch. Eine einzige Steckdose im ganzen Zimmer. Defekte Schranktüren. Alles alt.
Baustelle vor den Zimmern, entsprechend ab 7.00 Uhr Baulärm.
Für diese Zimmerpreise einfach nur beschämend.
Kein Wunder wurde beim Auschecken nicht gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war!
