We stayed at this hotel and unfortunately were very disappointed with the service. We arrived in the evening after a long trip, but had to wait a very long time to get our room. The reception staff hardly speak Russian or English, and unlike other hotels, they do not even have a translator available.
The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and did not try to solve any of the problems we experienced. Moreover, some reception employees were mocking us and did not make any effort to understand what we were trying to explain. This made the communication very uncomfortable and left a very negative impression.
We were also charged twice for the payment, which created additional stress and inconvenience during our stay.
We were given a room where the balcony door would not open or close properly, and the air conditioner worked very poorly, making the stay uncomfortable.
Overall, we do not recommend this hotel mainly because of the staff’s attitude towards guests and the poor organization of service. After such an experience, we would not return here again.

L’hôtel est immense les équipements sont top aussi bien dans les chambre qu’au bord de la piscine. L’hôtel est propre chambre et partie commune et piscine. Le petit déjeuner est varié il ya des produits européens et assez copieux. Le personne est gentil même si ils parlent pas anglais on se débrouille très très très bien avec le traducteur. Hôtel que je retiens peu être pour une prochaine fois.
Un peu éloignée du centre il faut toujours prendre des didi mais ça va ce n’est pas très cher

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked through Booking.com, but when we arrived at around 1am, the hotel staff could not find our reservation. After a long journey, we were left waiting in the lobby for over an hour while the staff struggled to handle the situation. Unfortunately, the staff appeared unprepared and incompetent, which made the experience even more frustrating.
On top of that, the condition of the hotel was far below expectations. The bathroom shower had visible mold in the joints, and the overall state of the hotel felt very old, poorly maintained, and outdated.
Overall, this was a stressful and unpleasant stay, especially considering the late arrival and lack of professionalism from the hotel team. We would not recommend this property based on our experience.
Отель расположен близко к пляжу, который почти всегда был пустым. На территории всегда чисто, есть бассейн. Уютный хоть и небольшой номер. Ежедневно убирались и меняли полотенца/халаты. Разнообразный шведский стол. Есть фрукты/овощи, разнообразная выпечка, мясо, гарниры, традиционные китайские блюда, напитки на выбор и тд
Сам отель и территория очень красивые, преобладает осовремененная традиционная архитектура Китая. Даже не хотелось ее покидать, настолько красиво и хорошо. Рядом много магазинов и аптека. Люди очень отзывчивые, всегда помогали
Окна номера выходили на аэропорт. Хоть шум самолетов и не мешал, вероятно, из-за того, что жила я на 2 этаже, но в первые 2 дня моего пребывания в 6 утра начинали либо пилить что-то, либо мусор вывозить с ужасным грохотом. Далее решила спать в берушах, их предоставляет отель.
Из-за теневой стороны, не просыхали вещи. Полотенцесушителя нет. Вода была чуть теплой, даже в море теплее, но в условиях жары для меня это не критично. Центр далеко (в 13ти километрах). Соответственно и все развлекательные места тоже, но огромный плюс-дешевое такси
Близко к аэропорту, но удалённо от оживлённый улиц, возле бассейна лежали на лежаках, а купаться ходили на море( 3 минуты идти). На море нет лежаков вообще, мало кто купается, вода тёплая, чистая. Недалеко фермерский рынок, там много кафешек, магазинчиков, аптека , завтраки обыкновенные, есть всё. Ужин каждый день барбекю, пиво входит в стоимость, около 135 юаней, есть и шашлычки и рыба и устрицы, можно готовитт супчик( сырые креветки,рыба, мясо,курица).
Были 5 дней, слетали в Шанхай и с 10 мая опять забронировали этот же отель на 5 дней.
Легко, просто, доступно
Отличный отель по соотношению цена/ качество.
Отдыхал с дочкой с 22 апреля по 4 мая.
Просторные номера, уборка без нареканий.
Замечательная территория, 2 больших басейна и 1 детский, море в 20 метрах через дорогу.
Хорошие завтраки и неплохой вечерний барбекю.
Рядом много кафешек, магазинов и фруктовых развалов.
Единственный недостаток - отель немного далековат от центра города. (это для тех, кому нужно вечером движ и торговые центры, каждый день не поездить).
Очень мало шезлонгов в зоне бассейнов.
