Ottimo e comodo hotel
Pros:

Ottimo hotel centrale.
Camera tripla al 4 piano ( vista fiume parziale) molto grande con letti molto comodi.
Servizi buoni e staff gentile.
Abbiamo usufruito del bar della Hall per un pranzo veloce e del servizio lavanderia , prenotazione di un driver privato per Abu simbel ad un prezzo competitivo.
Nel complesso è presente un centro commerciale , comodo se dovesse servire qualcosa.
Buona la colazione con assortimento dolce salato.
Peccato che per lavori di rifacimento del rooftop
la piscina non fosse disponibile.
Comunque un albergo comodo anche in vista di imbarcarsi su una crociera dato che tutti gli attracchi sono raggiungibili a piedi.

The location was acceptable, and the hotel later apologized for the situation. However, this did not make up for the overall poor and unsafe experience we had during our stay.

Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We experienced repeated and prolonged power outages, which made it difficult to sleep, charge our phones, keep food and drinks safe, or feel comfortable in the room. As a family with children, the situation felt unsafe and unhealthy.

The hotel’s handling of the situation was not sufficient. The lobby was also an enclosed area where guests were smoking, with no proper intervention or ventilation, which made the environment even more uncomfortable and unhealthy for our family.

Overall, the conditions did not meet the basic standards expected from a hotel, and we did not receive the service we paid for.

Excelente hotel a la orilla del Nilo
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y sus acomodaciones para con nosotros, los grandes espacios de las habitaciones, la limpieza y la organización, y lo factible de caminar al muelle, al mercado y a una plaza comercial justo al lado.

Igualmente la hermosísima vista al Nilo.

Una única sugerencia: tener un poco más de variedad proteica en el desayuno.

Très bon hôtel et bien situé

La posizione, è proprio lungo il Nilo, davanti l'arrivo delle navi da Crociera e dall'imbarcarsi sulle barchette locali per una gita sul Nilo al tramonto, o al prendere le carrozzelle con il cavallo per un giro turistico della città ed è proprio a due passi dal grande mercato .
Ottima la mezza pensione
Aswan è stupenda

Purtroppo essendo un paese musulmano in questo albergo non è possibile bere alcoolici ai pasti, le altre bevande costano pochissimo.

Von Assuan ausgehend viele Sehenswürdigkeiten

Eigentlich ist die Lage sehr gut, jedoch lauern Kutschenfahrer, Bootsfahrer sowie Taxifahrer um dieses Hotel herum. Anfangs dachte ich, ich könnte sie abschütteln. Sie waren teilweise penetrant aufdringlich. Dieses Hotel verfügt über gutes Security, was jedoch ein paar Metern vom Hotel entfernt passiert, einzieht sich ihrer Befugnisse. Das gesamte Personal möchte ich ausdrücklich loben. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, einzig der Kaffee war „Tütchen zum Aufgießen“ Marke Nestle, aber erst ein gebrühter Kaffee ist“ Kaffee“🤗
