Close to snetterton race track and breakfast was very good. Room separate from bar area so was quiet.
We were in a family room with 3 single beds so the issues were self imposed.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good car parking. Good location for my visit to Lotus Cars. Good value and tasty Carvery for supper ( usually avoid a Carvery but this was very good)

Convenient location next to A11. Have stayed quite a few times before. Good to have restaurant, cafe and outside areas.

I travel a lot so do have a comparison! And this hotel is not updating or upgrading. All a bit tired. Cobwebs and spiders in the top corner above the wardrobe.
In a small room why use a large heavy chair at the desk/dresser AND add another armchair taking up space and blocking the wardrobe? Save the floor space! So there is room for bags. A stool at the dresser would be fine.
Bed is comfortable but the pillows are terrible - all four very hard and lumpy. Other travellers have also complained about this.
No bedside lamp, instead there is an old fashioned radio taking up space.
No iron.
No water provided.
Disappointed and checked out early.
When I handed in key and checked out I was not asked 'how was your stay?'

Room was good, however attention to detail with cleanliness needs to be observed with the shower area, inparticular the shower screen & shower head not cleaned properly with heavy scum residue on both

We arrived late in the evening, yet the reception staff were very efficient in booking us in, even offering us late seating for dinner in the restaurant. The team in the restaurant were friendly and attentive, both for our late meal and breakfast, serving quality food. Good selection of vegetarian option were on the menu. Our booked premium double room was, well appointed and clean with all the facilities. The air conditioning had been left on before our arrival which was a welcome touch, on one of the hottest days this summer. Large walking-in high pressure shower, with good temperature controls was ideal for us. Spacious car parking facility was noteworthy too.

Room was comfortable with added benefit of aircon. Nice décor throughout the building and room. The shower was lovely and big and bathroom lighting good. Towels were changed daily as required. The restaurant was comfortable with friendly staff and carvery was very tasty. Overall lovely stay and would recommend. Location close to Dog Trust rehoming centre
