Hyvä hinta/laatu suhde. Sauna oli kuulemma oikein hyvä, itse en käynnyt. Pihapuolen huoneessa nukkui hyvin. Kadun puolella kuulemma hiukan liikenne häiritsi.

Ainoa, mutta iso miinus wc:stä: paha viemärin haju, pöntössä kymmeniä eläviä ja hukkuneita kärpäsen näköisiä ötököitä, suihkuvesi levisi pitkin lattiaa eikä kuivunut koko iltana,wc-harja surkeassa kunnossa.
