הבנות בקבלה לא מדברות אנגלית. מאוד קשה להגיע בניווט!!! . אין אפשרות להגיע עם הרכב היה צריך לכתוב מול רחוב Tumaniani 15, לפנות למגרש חניה. בצד שמאל בסמטה קטנטנה שם המלון. וגם מלון מובטח עם חניה לנו ח
לא היה מקום זה מגרש קטן מאוד

Pros:

It was in a very central location in the old town, which was incredibly convenient. One great thing was that it had a 24-hour reception. The breakfast covered the basics. A very kind and friendly lady would prepare it for you when you came down to the breakfast room—so it wasn’t a buffet.

In general, good for one-night stay, but definitely not ideal for a 4-star hotel expectations.
Pros:

I liked the closeness to the center. The room design was nice.

Cons:

The road to the hotel was very confusing. Partly because of the city's road structure, but I would prefer a hotel on the main road, not narrow roads on which navigation maps do not work correctly (neither Waze nor Google Maps could properly show closed roads). The facilities in the room. For example, simple things like no rubbish bin inside the main room, only one in the bathroom, which is uncomfortable considering a 4-star hotel. Also, for a 2-person room, only one green tea and one black tea bag. When asked to double them, they said: "One person may drink green tea, another black tea". Even the water bottles were not free. The breakfast was not ideal for a 4-star hotel either.

La ubicación y decoración de la habitación.

Cons:

No había parking y tampoco me dijeron como llegar ni donde dejar el coche estando bastantes calles en obras a pesar de que pregunté. Toallas con agujeros. Barrera idiomática importante.

В целом в номере чисто. Ванная комната довольно милая, только герметик в душевой портит весь вид- он в плесени. Отель расположен в центре старого города, близко до достопримечательностей, но находится в тупиковом переулке, вечером страшновато было. Приятная женщина готовит завтраки, довольно вкусно. Милые котики в переулке.

Cons:

Плесень в душевой, запах канализации в номере очень сильный и не выветривался. Это серьезный минус. Вид из окна на полузаброшенное старое здание. Посуда в сколах в столовой.
