GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.
RESORT FEES: - High-speed WiFi - Access to 24hour fitness center which features Peloton bikes - Priority seating, based on availability, to F&B outlets - Access to game room When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 75 USD per stay applies.
PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg.
For Advance Purchase rates/Non Refundable rates, we require the payment card used for booking to be presented upon check in.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Individuals under the age of 18 can only stay at the Hostel when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the same room.

Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancelation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the HostelGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Súper cómodo, las habitaciones totalmente renovadas como se ve en las imágenes, la ubicación personalmente creo que es ideal para disfrutar toda la ciudad, el personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Me tocó una habitación frente a los ascensores y era fin de semana con lo cual,circulaba mucha gente y a la noche había ruido.

Luminosità della stanza. Insonorizzazione da rivedere (credevo ci fosse la finestra aperta).
Mi hanno detto che dalla notte precedente avrei dovuto cambiare stanza ed invece, dopo un check-out e l'attesa del pomeriggio per un nuovo check-in, mi hanno riassegnato la stessa stanza.

Pros:

Excellent location with many food options on-site and nearby. The building is older, but very well maintained and comfortable. Taxis are always available at the entrance, and the subway is close. Easy walking distance to the Empire State Building (visible from our room), Times Square, Union Square, and Soho. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean and comfortable. Stayed four nights with my husband and daughter and had a great stay.

Room was cramped and old, duct tape on the floor?, not many outlets, dark and a little dreary. Bed was springy and uncomfortable

I would stay there again.
Pros:

Staff were incredible. Super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for this trip. The connecting coffee shop had good food and coffee. Very convenient way to start your day.

My room was very small.
