الاستاذ/ عزام كان مرحباً وذو كفاءة عالية في ادارة موقعه بإختصار رجل مناسب في المكان المناسب
الفندق لاينقصه شي موقع ونظافة وموظفين وعماله متمكنة اسرة نظيفة ومرتبة غرف واسعة مطاعم بخيارات واسعة ومسبح واسع وخدمات جيدة .. كان الموظفين هم اساس هذا النجاح .. يستاهلون الشكر والثناء

كنت اتمنى مزيد من التعاون بحكم ترددي على الفندق كوجه وخيار اول عند السفر.
Pros:

الموقع العام للاجنحة.

Cons:

ححزة جناح بغرفة ولكن للاسف كان كونكشن مع غرفتين يفصل بينهما باب وكان مصدر ازعاج بالاصوات من الجناح المجاور.
لم تكن الاطلالة المتوقعه حيث كانت اطلاة على المواقف ومدخل المبنى.

حسن الاستقبال وتعاملهم هذه المرة اعجبني تم مقابلة رئيس مجموعة الاستقبال السبد محسن و كان متعاون.
الاخت سكينة اول من استقبلنا تعامل راقي.

كنت حجزة شقة غرفتين طبقا للاطلالة التي في الصور جهة الحديقه والمسبح ولكن للاسف حصلت على اطلاله على المواقف ...
ودفعت الفرق بعد اصرار رئيس الاستقبال السيد اسامة لليله الثانية مبلغ 15 دينار بحريني للحصول على الاطلالة التي كنت طلبتها عند الحجز في البداية وفقا للصور في موقع بوكنق.
