Pros:

My stay at Lamaraz Hotel was not at all what I had expected. The reception staff made me feel as if I were at a police or inspection centre, asking strange and uncomfortable questions, including whether I was sure that I had booked a room at the hotel.
In addition, we experienced several issues with the shower due to water disconnections and blockage.
However, the only positive aspect of my stay was the restaurant staff, who were very friendly, polite, and treated my daughter and me with great respect and kindness.

Nous sommes venus pour un séjour affaires, nous avons réservé deux chambres à l’hôtel Lamaraz.
Dès le check in nous avons eu des propos mal placés et des accusations infondées avec un ton irrespectueux de la part du personnel.
Ils nous ont interdit tout contact avec un ton menaçant. Sachez monsieurs, madame que nous sommes venus pour du travail pas pour autre chose, comment osez vous juger des clients, sachant que nous sommes des personnes respectueuses ! Je n'ai jamais eu une expérience pareil dans un hotel, je suis médecin je n'ai jamais confronté ce genre de situation, c'est honteux,
J’ai préféré quitter l’hôtel sans y passer la nuit, j'ai changé d'hôtel malgré que ma chambre était payée, honte à vous.
