Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful.
The sink in the room was the only bad thing.
Great area, close to 2 stations with different lines which meant we were never too far away. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Room was clean. We didn’t use the facilities but there was a spa on top floor.

Rien, tout était formidable !
L’emplacement est super, entre deux stations de métro, loin de la cohue des quartiers animés de Tokyo, pour autant le coin est remplis de bar et de restaurants. Personnel et infrastructures au top.
Les chambres sont minuscules, normal à Tokyo, mais avec 2 grandes valises et 2 petites.
Modernité et propreté des chambres. Le SPA vraiment confortable et appréciable. Le plus, le bar ouvert en soirée avec boissons et crackers à disposition, un vrai atout de l’établissement.
La taille des chambres pourrait être un peu plus spacieuse.
