A power outage inspection of our facilities will be conducted on May 16. The time is scheduled from 11:30 in the morning to 14:30 in the afternoon. During this time, water, electricity, public baths, elevators, WiFi, etc. will all be out of service.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is very close to Akasaka-mitsuke Station and within walking distance of many great spots to spend your evenings. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable; while the rooms are slightly small, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is attentive.
It is a bit pricier compared to other alternatives in the area. Prior to our arrival, I had sent an email inquiring about the possibility of an early check-in, and they replied that it would depend on room availability upon arrival. However, when we arrived and rooms were available, they requested an extra fee for early check-in. It was a bit disappointing that this policy wasn't clearly mentioned in their email response.
Despite this minor issue, considering its outstanding location, cleanliness, and overall comfort, I would still recommend staying here.

Le personnel et désagréable les chambre son minsuscule on ne peux pas bouger librement les femme de ménage rentre dans la chambre sans avoir toquer à 7 h du matin elle tape l’aspirateur sur la porte on ne peux pas ce reposer et quand on leur fait la réflexion l’hôtel décide de plus faire votre chambre donc je suis rester 5 jours dans une chambre ou rien a était fait a fuire
Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und es war wieder sagenhaft. Die Mitarbeitet sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gemacht und sind super sauber, aber das Highlight ist das hauseigene Onsen im 9.Stockwerk. Einfach toll...

The roof top is very nice, but not accessible between 10am -5pm and after 10pm
Good location
-No common area in the hotel besides the roof top and the bar which are closed between 10am-5pm and 10pm-7:00am which are the main times when you would like to spend time with others in the hotel as the rooms are tiny and you can barely walk in them (10m2-12m2)
- toilets in the room have no heating functionality
- a tiny window which is in a milky white, so you never have day light in your room and it feels like a prison.
- it is located on a very crazy road with a lot of bars and ladies dressed as bunnies. May be a plus for others
- the onsen is ok as there is no cold water tub.
Die Betten sind bequem und mit einem keinen Aufpreis konnten wir früher einchecken.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, sodass man seine Koffer kaum aufklappen kann.
