LOCATION!!! The location is great, love the area, lots of good restaurants, and a walk from the beach.
The laundry service was good, and the elevator was helpful with all our luggage. The bed was comfy.
Where should I start: we took two rooms, two adults and three kids, as soon as we got the rooms, we noticed the kids room stinked from cigarette smell, but stinked bad!Was awful, just disgusting, we told the receptionist, but had nothing to do about it. It seems like they knew about it, the smell stayed the entire two nights we were there. Their mini bar, had disgusting smell as well, couldn't use it. In our room, we had a stain on the sheet, and plenty of ants in the room, woke up in the morning with ants on the sink, on my tooth brush, just disgusting. We just waited to leave, got a different hotel on the same street that was just perfect .

Очень старая мебель (СССР), серое постельное белье и полотенца. Ржавый слив в раковине. На входе сильно воняло помойкой.

Nhân viên lễ tân, không tốt ,làm việc kém chuyên nghiệp,không nhiệt tình, có dấu hiệu lừa dối, để khách phải gọi trực tiếp lên tổng đài booking giải quyết, bắt khách chờ lâu , dọn phòng trong khi có yêu cầu , phòng kém chất lượng, không xứng với giá tiền, kiến bò đầy phòng , quá thất vọng
Near the beach, a lot of food options outside, hundreds of Virtnamese coffee shops nearby. Their staff are all friendly and can communicate in English, always smiling and ready to answer your questions. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have stayed in this hotel everytime I go to Vietnam for a vacation. I'm from the Philippines. This time I stayed for 9 days.

Toure petite chambre. La climatisation etait tres faible. Le lit pas comforbale. Tres mauvaise nuit pour moi.
