The hotel was great, and the staff were very helpful. I was surprised that the hotel had guys to handle all our luggage. The breakfast was also very good and convenient.
Although the location looks quite close to the airport in a map, getting from the terminal to the hotel took around 20 minutes because of traffic and the convoluted way to get there.

Fica em uma região de periferia, bem isolada. Apesar de ser relativamente perto do aeroporto, o acesso para chegar é ruim. O trajeto de ida um pouco melhor, cerca de 10 minutos no transfer.
A complimentary shuttle service is available. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff in the breakfast room were truly exceptional—attentive, courteous, and always ensuring that all our needs were promptly met.

Room was nice and comfortable, breakfast was varied and tasty, location was quite close to the airport.
I thought the location made it a bit difficult / long to get towards the city centre but that may be due to heavier traffic due to construction work for a new underground line.
Ideale ligging als je een vroege vlucht hebt. Ontbijt vanaf 4am. Goede shuttle bus. Vriendelijk personeel.
Ik ben zelf niet zo’n fan van vloerbedekking in een hotelkamer (uit hygiënisch en allergisch oogpunt), maar het was wel schoon.

It was incredibly clean and looked brand new. The rooms were spotless. The staff were fabulous. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were warm, friendly and attentive.
Close to the airport, nice and comfortable room and good breakfast.
The shuttle system isn’t optimal since it only works every half hour. I arrived in the middle of the night at the airport and the shuttle was not there, but impossible to know if it left 5min ago or half an hour ago, so since I didn’t want to take the risk of waiting alone outside in the dark for half an hour, I took an Uber. Also upon arrival at the hotel I inquired about the departing times of the shuttle for the next day, but the woman at the reception didn’t know them. So then again I took an Uber to be at the airport on time.
It was bumpy at first. We booked a triple occupancy room, but the third bed was a cot! Imagine! A cot for an adult female at the Holiday Inn! We called Lima Tours and Wingbuddy…they were not helpful at all. They threw us under the bus, with platitudes and empty apologies. Even the Lima Tours rep was ineffectual. Apologies are useless without changed behaviour.
Finally, after 3 exhausting hours, management finally acquiesced and accommodated us in a triple occupancy room with 3 decent beds. Why did it have to take 3 hours? Mind boggling! The room should have been prepared appropriately from the start of our stay. It’s disrespectful to expect an adult female to sleep on a cot! The redeeming factors were Gabriel Bonifaz, who contacted Wingbuddy for us on his phone, and Anthony Robles who commiserated with us. They’re a credit to the Holiday Inn! Kudos!
This Holiday Inn is a beautiful hotel…comfortable bedding, fluffy towels, great shower, and a delicious breakfast spread.
