We had a delightful time and enjoyed amenities and restaurants in the area during our brief stay.
Pros:

We liked having 2 bathrooms in our unit and space in the unit, as well as having a spacious king size bed. In the past we also enjoyed the arcade room when traveling with our toddler. We like that there is a mini golf course though we haven’t had time to play. Also we enjoyed relative proximity to good restaurants in Lenox, as well as having a functional decently equipped kitchen. Some of the meals we prepared for ourselves and for some we went out. Also, proximity to hiking trails is nice.

Cons:

One of the hot tubs was not working. I thought the gym area was a bit underwhelming. There is definitely space there for a little more equipment, perhaps another cable machine, more / better benches (current ones are pretty basic and not very sturdy), maybe kettlebells or more dumbbells (up to 90 or 100 lbs) or TRX area. Also it would be nice if both tennis court areas had lines drawn for pickleball. Currently only one of them does. This was not a big deal for us because it was not crowded during our stay.

Relaxing, comfortable short escape.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Easy checkin. Units were comfortable and well maintained. Not overly glitzy.

Cons:

Matched the wooded mountainous theme. Mini golf and pool area layout/ were ideal for families with different age groups to “parallel play “ in one area.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Love the area. Wish breakfast was available on property.

Cons:

It is not easy to get around - lots of stairs and no elevators. Even walking around paths with step ups or downs don't have hand rails. Even adding those would be super helpful.

Good resort but needs in unit Laundry and refreshed mattresses.
Pros:

Lots of stuff to do, free mini golf, shuffleboard, has sauna, hot tub, pools,arcade with inexpensive skeeball, free movie theater. Needs the mattresses replaced and units don't have in unit Laundry. Free laundrymat is a drive away from many units.

Pros:

Renovated kitchen with new stove and microwave with all new dishes, pots and pans, silverware. Wonderful!

Family Holiday
Pros:

Good and relaxing family trip. Lot of things around. Need your own vehicle. Can cook own food, BIGy super market is near by. Can locate good Indian restaurants in 10km vicinity.

Stay here!! Prepare to fall in love with the Berkshires!
Pros:

This place was gorgeous from A to Z. Between the location and the room, we were in awe. We had a small apartment. Amenities were off the charts. We really enjoyed our time in the Berkshires. Great hospitality and customer service. Cannot say enough.

Cons:

No complaints. It was perfect.

I have stayed with family. This weekend was with friends for a birthday. I will be back.
Pros:

Everything is clean and tidy. The property setting has a lot of trees and trails you can access. There are tables set up so you can enjoy the setting location. It was wonderful.

True Gem
Pros:

I loved everything. I loved the fact that the room was huge, and the kitchen came with everything you needed to cook. Pots, pans, dishes etc. The place is so family oriented. I found a true gem and can't wait for more trips.

Cons:

Great resort in the Berkshires
Pros:

The Oak N Spruce Resort has been a great experience. My second-floor (no elevator) unit (327) was close to everything: overlooked outdoor pool, bar, sand volleyball games and playground. Near mini golf and basketball court, as well as two indoor pools and hot tubs, cafe, arcade, laundry room). The grounds were well kept (nothing special, but nice). I loved the the bubbling brook that ran along our parking lot. It was refreshing to sit on a blanket with my morning cup of coffee - very refreshing.
