Pros:

Nice location, close to everything. First floor laundry room has 4 wash machine 200 yen per use, 4 dryers 100 yen 30 minutes, laundry detergent 100 yen. Always available. Room small and clean. Has a hot water bottle. Toilet/shower in separate rooms. A small table with 2 chairs. Each floor has garbage cans. Traveled with family of three.

とても良いホテルです！
Pros:

宿泊前からメール等でお願いしたことなどを、スタッフの方々がとても親切で細やかな配慮をして頂きました。自分宛にホテルにも荷物を送ったのですが、それもスタッフの方が部屋まではこんで下さいました。本当にありがたかったです！
また、部屋もとてもきれいにしていただいていて清潔で、トイレとお風呂が別なのが、とても良かったです。特にトイレの段差がないので、足の悪い親と一緒の為、安心感感がありました！
本当にありがとうございました。

Great value hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

It is clean and quiet hotel in a great location. It is only a three star hotel, but they have all the basics right and the beds are comfortable and the room size is good for Japan. If you are after value for money and especially a twin room which is hard to find in Japan, this place is highly recommend.

Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses plutôt rare pour le japon

Cons:

L'insonorisation avec la rue, premier nuit travaux jusqu'à 1h du mat
Et les autres nuit du monde dans les rues et ca s'entend
