Court et enthousiasmant séjour alsacien en famille dans un charmant hôtel au coeur du vignoble.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très agréable, proche de la route mais avec peu de nuisances car les lieux de vie (restaurant, terrasse et chambres) sont orientés vers le magnifique vignoble environnant. La proximité de la route permet en outre de se déplacer en quelques minutes seulement vers des villages voisins emblématiques tels que Riquewihr. Notre chambre était tout à fait spacieuse et la température intérieure agréable malgré une météo quasi caniculaire. Rien à redire au niveau propreté et confort, c'était parfait. Le personnel a été très agréable et accueillant. Nous avons été touchés par les attentions prévues pour nos enfants de 9 et 5 ans (pochettes "surprises" offertes au restaurant avec crayons de couleur, coloriages, jeux et bonbons) et par la gentillesse globale de toute le personnel. Bravo au chef Alexandre Lesser pour la qualité de sa carte et de sa cuisine, nous avons beaucoup apprécié nous restaurer sur place deux soirs avec nos enfants qui ont également beaucoup apprécié la carte prévue pour eux. Enfin, au delà du plaisir de passer du temps dans ce splendide coin d'Alsace, nous avons adoré nous promener à pied à la tombée du jour dans le vignoble bordant l'hôtel, sans nuisances et en toute sécurité avec nos enfants.

Cons:

Notre unique déception concerne le café du petit-déjeuner. Le buffet en lui-même est tout à fait satisfaisant et bien doté en nourriture et boissons de tous genres. Néanmoins, nous avons constaté que le café proposé est uniquement de type "café soluble" ce qui plaira peut-être à des clients américains nostalgiques de leurs "mugs" de jus de chaussette mais qui décevra grandement des clients qui, comme nous, apprécient un bon cappuccino ou un expresso à l'italienne. Un système de café à capsules devrait selon nous au moins être proposé. L'Alsace nous offre de très grands vins et une magnifique gastronomie, elle peut donc certainement aussi nous proposer du bon café :)

Cons:

Le bruit dans la salle du petit-déjeuner. Je suis très sensible au bruit mais mon époux était aussi dérangé par le bruit. En fait la radio est de trop.

Don’t stay here as they give Bookings.com worst rooms

Cons:

Bookings.com clients get worst rooms though booked last year. Don’t stay here it is not a hotel and definitely not 3 stars as no facilities and reception closed when restaurant closed. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful when we asked to change room as had view of another building and fire escape. We asked to speak to the owner/manager about our complaint but refused. I expect them to retaliate and say I am a bad client vit I am a Bookings.com level 3 genius member and never been to a worse hotel

Pros:

Kamer en badkamer schoon. Goede bedden. Uitstekend ontbijt. Receptie meer dan behulpzaam.

Cons:

Diner(keuze) viel ons tegen, maar dat is kwestie van smaken verschillen. Eerste indruk entree niet best. Oud, versleten en donker. Geen bar waar je gezellig kan zitten.
