The location was great, the rooms were spacious and high tech throughout with heated flooring in the bathroom and door keys which can be used on the phone. The spa facilities were plentiful and clean.
The beds were horribly firm it felt like I was sleeping on a tonne of bricks and they allow children into the spa area so one of the days there was a baby and toddler in there screaming which was not very relaxing.

Beautiful hotel
Arrived late at night, reception lady was very helpful.
Nice big room with huge bathroom/shower.
The beds are hard, but we mentioned it to reception in the morning and a topper was placed on the bed by the next evening.
Breakfast was plentiful and restocked regularly.
Slightly out of the main hustle but a short stroll through a lovely park and you were in the old town.
All the staff were very nice and helpful.
Rooms were spotless, and never heard any noise from other rooms etc.
My only complaint would be no privacy curtain on the door/window overlooking the courtyard. When the curtains are open for daylight we saw straight into the room opposite. We saw a half naked person getting dressed, as they would have seen us also.
Would definitely recommend this hotel thought
