Houve problema com a minha resera. A plantaforma realizou a minha reserva porém a mesma não migrou para o sistema do Hotel Ibis. Ou seja minha reserva não constava no sistema do hotel. Tive que contratar uma nova hospetagem. No entanto cobraram o valor do serviço não realizado. Tentando resolver o estorno do valor cobrado.
