One of thee best hotels in a superb location
Pros:

The hotel was superb. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and happily an upgrade. We enjoyed a luxurious stay , a wonderful evening meal in the restaurant and an incredible breakfast all served by the friendliest and welcoming staff. A marvellous hotel

It was superb from beginning to end. Staff were incredible and so utterly pleasant

Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Derry and would not hesitate to use again the next

Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff made us feel very welcome.
The large beautifully decorated room exceeded our expectations and offered superb value for money.

Absolutely perfect Boutique Hotel that fit our needs.
Pros:

We were in town for a wedding that the after party took place at the Thirsty Goat. Location was perfect. Room was absolutely perfect for my adult daughter and I.

Cons:

No AC, we are Americans, lol. But there was a fan in the room which helped make it more comfortable. Every thing else was perfect

Really enjoyed our stay and really nice staff - would highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, cooked to order! Staff really friendly and helpful and a great location. Nice bar and atmosphere.

Cons:

Rooms could probably do with some updating as some don't have aircon, but would highly recommend this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

We would def stay again!!
Pros:

We really liked our short stay!! Should have planned a little better to have more time! The breakfast was out of this world and every person we met who worked there, were just the kindest !!

Cons:

The only thing we would have wished was for AC! This heat is not the norm anytime we are in Ireland, so we managed, but the room was a little stuffy but we still had a great time
