VERY COMFORTABLE HOTEL
Pros:

Habitación muy amplia con camada muy cómoda aunque hacía un poco de calor. El personal muy amable y el desayuno abundante y de mucha calidad.

Cons:

La verda que el hotel estaba bien, tal vez la ducha no iba perfecta pero por lo demás muy bien.

This place is a little gem. Staff super hospitable. Breakfast superb. V Central : VFM-very good

The staff are brillant, so friendly and helpful It is the staff that make this hotel so lovely. Lovely receptionist. Great first impression.
The room was fine, compact but had everything and was spotless.
The breakfast was superb, brought to the table, very big selection, and again the staff were delightful
Very good value for money
Location - couldn't be more central, couldn't be better for a Derry City visit

Brilliant stay and will definitely book to stay again.
Pros:

The reception staff on arrival were so so nice and friendly, got a glass of bubbly. Room was beautiful, with lovely biscuits/treats as it was my birthday. Location was excellent.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly and pleasant staff
Pros:

The staff at the reception were exceptionally brilliant. Very welcoming and helpful in giving me a hand with where to park and get around the area. They couldn't provide early check in so I left my suitcase at the reception on arrival and went for an event. The suitcase was waiting for me in the room by the time I returned. That was really nice.

Cons:

The breakfast menu was good but it was cooked to order. It would have been nice to have a buffet.
