Pros:

The place is spacious and nice and location was good.

Cons:

Electricity shot first night and I called emergency numbers and they did not attend to my call or call me back to fix it.. had to do it myself which could be dangerous playing with foreign electrical board.

Pros:

The apartment had many positive aspects. Its location was excellent, and most central attractions could be reached within a 15-minute walk. The apartment was also spacious and comfortable for a family stay.

Cons:

One downside was the very small entrance door. We were unable to fit our stroller through without folding it and turning it sideways each time, which was quite inconvenient.

The elevator was also very old-fashioned, which is understandable considering the age of the building. However, it was difficult to use with a stroller. Additionally, if someone on another floor did not close the elevator doors properly, the elevator would not respond when called, which caused some inconvenience during our stay.

Agréable.
Pros:

Immeuble bien situé en ville, quelques parkings à proximité

Cons:

Le balcon terrasse qui étaient fermés contrairement aux photos, avec interdiction et impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres de la terrasse, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter. Peu de possibilité de cuisiner car il manquait pas mal de petits « outils » comme passoire ou égouttoir pour les pâtes par exemple.

Pros:

L’appartamento è molto grande e spazioso, ideale anche per più persone. La posizione è comoda e ben accessibile. Le camere da letto sono ampie e confortevoli, con letti abbastanza comodi.

I bagni sono davvero molto grandi, anche se un po’ datati; purtroppo si nota la presenza di calcare, soprattutto nella zona doccia, che andrebbe migliorata. La doccia funziona, ma potrebbe essere curata meglio.

La cucina è bella e funzionale, anche se presenta qualche segno di usura e alcune parti leggermente arrugginite. Inoltre, la griglia disponibile non funzionava.

Nel complesso l’appartamento ha un grande potenziale, ma ci sono alcune piccole cose da sistemare per renderlo davvero ottimale.
