The hotel is very beautiful, very well located (in relation to the old city) and Very nice staff.
And the room we got was excellent and above and beyond expectations.
But keep in mind that this is a boutique hotel

Cons:

There are two restaurants in the hotel. One is continental and one is Mexican. The service in the Mexican restaurant needs significant improvement.

Pros:

I took wellness classes: sound bath, yoga and yoga. Good experience for this being my first introduction to these classes. Instructor was knowledgeable, calm, and helpful.

Over the top service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Cartesiano, and enjoyed our night so much, we extended our stay another night. From the cleanliness of the room to the ambience and small details, like turn down service, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. And the greater amenities, like the rooftop pool and on-site restaurant, had us lingering on site - simply enjoying our time together as a family. We can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond to secure us a safe ride to and from a wedding outside the city. The whole experience was a 10/10!

Parfaitement situé, très beaux mais commence à montrer des signes de vieillissement à la piscine

Parfaitement situé, décoré avec goût, le personnel est incroyablement aimable et gentil. Le piscine est très agréable , le restaurant est très bien également

Cons:

Le sol n’était pas nettoyé mais le linge était changé, la piscine a un peu vieilli et les transats sont sales même si l’eau chauffé est particulièrement agréable

Excelente opción
Pros:

El personal muy amable, siempre atentos, con detalles que marcan la diferencia. La habitación muy comoda, impecable, todo funcional. Las instalaciones muy lindas pensadas para la relajación. La ubicación es buenísima esta justo a lado del callejón de los sapos.
