Beautiful peaceful resort in the most fabulous area of the historic centre.
We spent four nights here, breakfast and restaurant were lovely, spa and pool beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite and it was spacious and beautifully appointed

We had an extended stay at the Cartesiano, 3 weeks in July. We selected it because it had a nice pool, was close to the historic center and had great reviews. The first week we faced a few glitches, but after speaking to management, we had an excellent stay. We really enjoyed having breakfast and lunch downstairs at La Concordia. Paola, always greeted us with a smile, gave us excellent service and paid attention to detail. We also had great concierges. Carlos and Diana always made sure that we were taken care of. I apologize if I haven’t mentioned everybody else, they do have a great staff. I just can’t remember everybody’s name.. Book an extra week at the Cartesiano if you’re not sure how long to stay. We could have easily stayed there for 4 to 5 weeks. They are in a great location and have a nice peaceful hotel that you can go back to rest once you’ve been out in the city. We will be back for sure.

The hotel is very beautiful, very well located (in relation to the old city) and Very nice staff.
And the room we got was excellent and above and beyond expectations.
But keep in mind that this is a boutique hotel
There are two restaurants in the hotel. One is continental and one is Mexican. The service in the Mexican restaurant needs significant improvement.

Great class for all levels. Instructor was really nice and was knowledgeable in her practice.
I took wellness classes: sound bath, yoga and yoga. Good experience for this being my first introduction to these classes. Instructor was knowledgeable, calm, and helpful.
We had a wonderful stay at the Cartesiano, and enjoyed our night so much, we extended our stay another night. From the cleanliness of the room to the ambience and small details, like turn down service, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. And the greater amenities, like the rooftop pool and on-site restaurant, had us lingering on site - simply enjoying our time together as a family. We can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond to secure us a safe ride to and from a wedding outside the city. The whole experience was a 10/10!
