Perfect hotel for a wonderful visit to Puebla.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and the property is stunning. The king suite was enormous and beautifully decorated. The fine dining restaurant upstairs was very convienient for a nice dinner and easy breakfast. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and bars. The staff were very professional, polite and super friendly. They made some excellent dinner reservations for us. We highly recommend staying here.

Nothing. The hotel is perfect for an enjoyable visit to Puebla.

I would definitely go back and stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable with nice soft beds with a great AC.

The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and accommodating. I loved the turn down service with our customized scent.

Rooms are fabulous and luxurious and softies bed ever! I spelt well and rested.
