One of the best Hotels I’ve stayed at. Real five star experience
Pros:

It felt like a luxury experience all around. The price seems more than fair for what we got. Huge room and bathroom, nice rooftop pool we got to ourselves most of the time, good room service for normal prices. High end design, aroma therapy for the room… Perfect location for walking around the city.

Cons:

Could hear some noise from outside because the hallway is open, so it’s not really protected beyond the door of the room. Many of the staff didn’t seem to speak English (other than the front desk) which didn’t bother us because I speak Spanish, but perhaps worth pointing out for other travelers.

Beautiful peaceful resort I historic centre
Pros:

Beautiful peaceful resort in the most fabulous area of the historic centre.
We spent four nights here, breakfast and restaurant were lovely, spa and pool beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite and it was spacious and beautifully appointed

Très bel hôtel avec magnifique vue depuis la piscine
Pros:

Emplacement parfait à l'entrée de la vieille ville dans une rue qui mène directement au Zócalo.
Très joli hôtel moderne construit dans un style traditionnel

Great service, clean, beautiful and quiet near historic center
Pros:

We had an extended stay at the Cartesiano, 3 weeks in July. We selected it because it had a nice pool, was close to the historic center and had great reviews. The first week we faced a few glitches, but after speaking to management, we had an excellent stay. We really enjoyed having breakfast and lunch downstairs at La Concordia. Paola, always greeted us with a smile, gave us excellent service and paid attention to detail. We also had great concierges. Carlos and Diana always made sure that we were taken care of. I apologize if I haven’t mentioned everybody else, they do have a great staff. I just can’t remember everybody’s name.. Book an extra week at the Cartesiano if you’re not sure how long to stay. We could have easily stayed there for 4 to 5 weeks. They are in a great location and have a nice peaceful hotel that you can go back to rest once you’ve been out in the city. We will be back for sure.
