Vivid stay at West Hotel
Pros:

Fantastic room, well appointed. friendly & helpful staff.
Great to have the bar down stairs.
It was close to Cockle Bay where we spent time over the weekend

Great location for a weekend stay
Pros:

Great location for any activities around the Darling Harbour area. Nice vibrant feeling.

Lower level rear rooms don’t have the greatest views (busy road and garbage bins)

Not great I will not be returning.
Pros:

Not much. Mainly the new looking building and room.

Cons:

Staff need more training on respect for customers. One in particular on multiple occasions was on their mobile phone scrolling. When I asked a question I was told to go get something myself and they went back to their phone. I could clearly see social media on their phone. Check your front desk cameras for proof. When entering the room there was a dirty class with liquid sitting on the table. The in room tv connection is terrible. Constantly had issues connecting to the chrome and I’m very tech savvy. Not enough tea and coffee provided for staying longer than 1 day and when asked for more I was sent around to ask for more myself. No in room dining throughout the day. I won’t be returning.

Great modern hotel with convenient parking directly across the road
Pros:

Wonderful location for exploring the city! A neat, modern hotel with quality features.

Cons:

We would have loved the bar to open longer so we could have enjoyed a nightcap and chat with friends all staying here, after dinner out.

Pros:

房間非常的舒適，服務也挺棒的。

Cons:

住了兩晚，工作人員在第二天打掃浴室時把腳踏墊上都踩出鞋印了，也沒有更換新的踏墊。
