Friendly staff
Dirty sheets, broken coffee maker, and my room smelled like month old BO mixed with babie vomit. Used an entire bottle of febreeze, I still smelled it on my clothes after business trip. Now I know why they are non refundable booking
Locations
Mold in shower, dirt on bathroom wall, no extra toilet paper, no cream sugar stirrer for coffee, no restaurant as shown
Absolutely nothing
The room we stayed in room 111 had wet carpet and smelled very bad we slept with our clothes on thats how awful the smell was ...I did ask for another room but was told there was nothing available All in all very awful experience having to stay in that hotel and not be able to sleep comfortable i felt so bad it was my daughter's birthday and this place ruined it for us
It was a interesting experience
The website sad there was a restaurant on site but it was being renovated. Night person was such a dud, couldn’t understand her or hear here. Our first room was occupied… the second room wouldn’t open and after that this place became a joke. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood with interesting women walking around. You can figure it out.
Greeted by a nice lady at front desk
The desk lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. She was a big part of my positive score. The WiFi was the worst part of my stay. It was clunky the first tiime setting up and had to repeat the process daily. Also no complementary breakfast.
I never made it into the room. During the massive storm on 1/31 that shut down CLT, I went on Booking.com to book a room. I received a confirmation from both Booking.com and then from the hotel, only to arrive via a $70 Uber that required more than two hours to secure, to be told that I didn't have a room and that the hotel had been sold out since noon that day but was still showing availability on the OTAs. TERRIBLE!
That the hotel was selling rooms they didn't have!
