Looking forward to Hilton Garden Inn Dallas at Hurst Conference Center Texas my vacation place!!!
Pros:

My family went out for dinner on July 18, 2026, and I opted to stay and eat in. Unfortunately, the dining hall was closed. I asked the clerk, Ms. Day, if there was anywhere close by that I could go and eat. She asked me if I had a vehicle. I said my family went out with the car, and I am here alone. She said it was a short walk to Abuelo's but that it was late for me to walk. I decided to walk and asked her where it is. She gave me instructions, and I thought I had it. It sounded easy enough. She decided to leave her post and walk me outside. I told her she shouldn't leave her desk. She said that my safety was more important. The company would understand. I walked and a block away she watched me make the wrong turn and yelled out as loud as she could "NO!"
I heard her from the distance and knew I was wrong and quickly turned to my left and got to my distination. Her concerned overwhelmed me o the point of emotional tears and gratitude. Her concern for me exceeded the norm. I got my food and got back to the hotel and still a little bit of light out. I was eternally grateful and impressed with her concern for me that I immediately wrote a note to the hotel commending her and gave it to her. She was so humble and didn't think twice about it. It was like natural for her to go the extra mile for anyone. She deserves an honor from the hotel manager or corporate. Please commend her and feel free to print this story. She deserves it! Very good with some trouble
Pros:

Clean and quiet and close to peppa pig theme park

Cons:

The TV was blue couldn’t really watch but they changed our room it was nice of the staff to do that. But it seems like I am being charge for the room we transferred too.

מלון מצוין, נקי, מאורגן היטב, הצוות אדיב.
התאכסנתי שם ללילה לפני טיסה עם רכב שכור, בגלל המיקום הנוח בקרבת שדה התעופה.
החניתי את הרכב בקומה של החדר (יש חניון קומתי במקביל למלון) והספקתי לעשות כביסה בערב.
המסעדה מגישה אוכל טוב (ארוחת ערב) במחיר שווה לכל נפש. נראה לי שארוחת הבוקר תדבר פחות לישראלים.
ממש נהניתי מהחדר, הוא היה מרווח, נקי ונוח.
אחד המלונות הטובים שהתאכסנתי בהם בארה"ב.

Pros:

The staff and everything were great. I reserved a room and once I got there to check in they said that they had to cancel my reservations. They said they attempted to call me but I never saw a call and was at my college graduation all day up until we went to check in. They stated that my card was declined and there was no reason for my card to be declined. Luckily my mom had a room and we were able to all pile up in her room. The girl at the front desk was able to find us a room late that evening but we had already made it work with the room we were in and declined. My biggest complaint was that a room should not be canceled without the party knowing regardless of whether or not you were able to speak to them. Change your check in hours or something so that this doesn't happen because it was very inconvenient for us and I was very upset to find out that our room was canceled without me knowing. Horrible way to treat your guests. Bar was great, room was great other than being very confined with 5 people in a room. Will not stay here again due to the lack of communication and will not recommend it to anyone.

Front staff- wouldn’t change a thing. Room was fine. Meals, staff need a revamp. The chef was fine I think but he needs

I don’t know how to begin with the dining experience. There was not enough kitchen staff. The weekend Hostess needs training. Ran out of food and utensils. And it was way too expensive for the options . I emailed the gen manager, with no response ask for the food refund vouchers. Did she handle it?? I will be climbing the ladder with corporate. I thought it would be decent being attached to a conference center. I can say the front staff were AWESOME, and the night Hostess was very accommodating.

The lobby

Cons:

Most room were cavernous and the air condtioning was way too cold.
The breakfast was terrible both in quality and quantity. Both morinings they ran out of things. The second morning I has to pay $14.99 and they oonly had coffee, toast and yoghurt.
Staff did on refill things on time nor did they clean the tables on time. Not a very good attitude neither
