Front staff- wouldn’t change a thing. Room was fine. Meals, staff need a revamp. The chef was fine I think but he needs

The room was clean.

Cons:

I don’t know how to begin with the dining experience. There was not enough kitchen staff. The weekend Hostess needs training. Ran out of food and utensils. And it was way too expensive for the options . I emailed the gen manager, with no response ask for the food refund vouchers. Did she handle it?? I will be climbing the ladder with corporate. I thought it would be decent being attached to a conference center. I can say the front staff were AWESOME, and the night Hostess was very accommodating.

The lobby

Cons:

Most room were cavernous and the air condtioning was way too cold.
The breakfast was terrible both in quality and quantity. Both morinings they ran out of things. The second morning I has to pay $14.99 and they oonly had coffee, toast and yoghurt.
Staff did on refill things on time nor did they clean the tables on time. Not a very good attitude neither

It was a nice hotel

Cons:

Myself and some other parents in our group were over charged. I witnessed a couple engaging in sexual activities on the elevator and was told that they couldn’t find the couple, there were cameras everywhere but couldn’t find them. It was way too many young girls/kids at the hotel that weekend for the hotel to not put urgency on the situation
