Pros:

The room was nice. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

Barn sliding door to the bathroom easily falls off the track. The barn door could not be locked and provided very little privacy. Very stupid idea putting a barn door there in a hotel. No vent system in the bathroom. Front desk staff did not seem knowledgeable about people that book through third party. Also seemed very lazy. I called for an extra pillow and blanket. Told I have to come get it cause housekeeping gone for the day but 2 people at the front desk. No one's key card would let you in the pool room. People had to let you in after some let them in. When I talked to other guests none of their key cards worked gor the pool room. Front desk just said they won't work for the pool room but gave you no other way to get in there without them having to let you in. WTF

A bit pricey & others besides guests can't use the pool. We were in town visiting our 9 & 4 yr. Old granddaughters & they wanted to swim but couldn't.

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

The room was amazing, comfortable and clean. Awesome breakfast!

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the pool water was frigid.

Pros:

I loved the staff they were very understanding and helped me out when needed

Cons:

We couldn't enjoy our time swimming, when we got to the rooms I paid for they was coming up saying we was loud and it was the people next to us, I didn't like that we was pointed out and there was kids playing in the hall way throwing balls, jumping around in the lobby...but they said something to us when it wasn't our kids that was doing anything

it was ok.not great but not so bad that i had planned on saying something but you asked for my input
Pros:

staff was very friendly, breakfast seemed to have more options than most.

Cons:

bed was not comfortable, the shower faucet was not flush with the wall and plumbing was exposed. there were splatters of something on the door of the bathroom and the wallpaper was peeling off
