Very clean, friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel was immaculate. Everything was pristine in cleanliness and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Our window blinds wouldn't work, but we did decline maintenance since we were only there 1 night.
Additionally, the beds were extremely firm. Thats a preference, so I don't want to knock them too bad for that. But my back is not doing me any favors afterwards.

Make sure you keep up with your maintenance
Pros:

Nice location

Cons:

One of the air conditioner, fans, or the belts or the bearings in the fan we’re going out in the air conditioner, squealed and squawked all night

Pros:

The gentleman who welcomed us was very nice and informative.

Cons:

The pool was very cold and quite buggy. The AC didnt work in our room and we moved. I get this stuff happens, but it's a pain.

Good, but could be better
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast choices.

Cons:

Can't remember any other hotel stay without a microwave in the room. Fully expected one. Disappointed.
