Expectations not met.
Cons:

The staff were absolutely indifferent to the guests. Borderline rude but just “friendly” enough to pass. We had stayed in this hotel before and the staff was fine but this time it was a completely different experience, to the point that next time we won’t stay anymore. Breakfast was not very tasty, eggs were almost rubber, but I do understand that can be subjective. Everything else was fine.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Great location with a lot of close restaurants and stores! Facilities were clean, staff were friendly, many options for breakfast with the pancake machine being our favorite! The bed, sheets and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I plan on booking this hotel the next time we are in the area!

Cons:

Would have loved a microwave in the room instead of one for each floor.

I was concerned by possible homeless people sitting outside the property since I walk at night. Usually this is not a problem because it's such a highly populated area.

Overall the state was good. It was pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. It was closed to where we supposed to be the next day.

Cons:

We needed a late check out about 2 hours but they was unable to help us. Was willing to pay for the 2 hours. But they still was not willing to help us.
