Very Poor Customer Service

The location to airport was nice.

Cons:

Older male front desk staff intentionally issued a 3rd floor room with no working air conditioning. After 18 hours of travel, it was insulting. I called immediately and I know he knew it was not working because the fan was on in the bathroom when we arrived to draw out hot air. He was not surprised when I called, refused to place us elsewhere and made an excuse about only being able to submit a work order. We left 20 min after arriving. Same man refused to check us out, saying he couldn't do it until next morning, citing nonsense. He would not give ETA on room AC and expected us to wait and allow a stranger into our room to possibly fix or not fix the AC. Property maintenance is not my problem. I paid for a room with amenities and that included AC. I suspect if I were male he would not have refused to do his job. I was polite through the whole interaction and he made excuses for poor customer service. This was a business transaction, I did not receive what I paid for. He refused to refund as well and actually tried to make excuses. We left and went to another hotel not more than 30 min after checking in.

Cons:

When we went to check in, the man could not find our registration. We showed him the registration number and he still could not find it. I have not yet received a refund. We had to go to another hotel.
