It's a nice stay.
Pros:

The staff are very kindly. The receptionist told me that they remembered I needed a quiet room and the room would meet my request. Even though I had received the confirmation email, I really appreciated being reassured in person. It was a very nice touch.

Pros:

Everything! No complaints. They were so very kind to my family and I to include the fur baby who was my emotional support animal. The deposit was unbelievably good! Thank you all for the hospitality!

The room was comfortable, clean and designed with the traveler in mind.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, we liked the many outlets to plug devices into. The room had a roll up darkening shade and a second regular shade, we enjoyed being able to block the sun but still see outside and a completely dark room when we wanted to sleep

Cons:

While this was a plus, we found it more annoying. In order to use the elevator, you had to scan your room key. It's nice for the added protection, but it meant having to o meet our food delivery in lobby along with keys being finicky about working.

Pros:

The hotel feels very comfortable, I really enjoyed the breakfast and the complimentary coffee, tea, water etc.. in addition their shampoo toiletries are great! In addition, they have free parking which it's a big plus!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pancake machine was out during breakfast. 😔

TOA-Tired On Arrival
Pros:

Five minute free shuttle ride from LAS airport at 1:00 AM. Easy in-person check-in at the hotel. Keycard requirement in the elevator was an appreciated security measure. We were able to adjust the room thermostat to our comfort level. Black out shades helped us get enough sleep after sunrise. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were good quality.

Cons:

Found a hair when I flipped a pillow. Another stuck to the shampoo bottle. Both dark and easily visible. Cleaning details matter. Good thing I'm not super squeamish! My partner would have liked more light for ironing a shirt.
