The hospitality of the staff is the hotel’s saving grace.
Pros:

he location is excellent, just a 3–5 minute walk from My Khe Beach. The neighborhood has a lively atmosphere, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, nail salons, massage parlors, and convenience stores right around the hotel.


We booked a 2-room apartment that came with a small kitchenette. The rooms were a good size even though they looked much more spacious on the photos. Most of the space is taken up by the beds, which were super comfy and gave us a good night’s sleep. There was a couch in one of the room, though it wasn’t particularly comfortable.


The reception and kitchen staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable and were truly the highlight of our stay. Our special thanks to Elena and Rosie for all their care and kindness. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival, and they checked in with us daily to ensure everything was going well.

When we raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room, the staff responded promptly and did their best to find solutions. We also have special dietary requirements, and the kitchen team made a genuine effort to prepare dishes that catered to our needs. They even packed us extra fruit for us to take along after breakfast on a long and hot day.


On our final day, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant memory despite our disappointment with the cleanliness. Elena and Rosie offered us complimentary drinks, arranged a free taxi to the train station, and even gave us bracelets as a parting gift. Their warmth and generosity were truly appreciated :)

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel’s biggest weakness is its cleanliness and maintenance.

The building itself feels somewhat small and cramped, and housekeeping standards were below expectations. We found stains on the sink, strands of hair on the floor, bedsheets, towels, and napkins, and there was visible mold on the showerhead, suggesting it had not been deep-cleaned for quite some time.

There were also ants on one of the beds. The staff came to address the issue later that evening, but the solution was temporary and not particularly effective.

The cleaning procedures clearly need improvement, as these issues significantly affected our overall experience. The pool area was also quite small, often wet and smelly with mot the cleanest chairs, making it feel less inviting than expected.

This is a hotel with an excellent location and genuinely outstanding employees. If management can improve the housekeeping and maintenance standards, it would be a much stronger property. As things stand, the kindness and professionalism of the staff were the main reason our stay remained enjoyable despite the shortcomings.

Pros:

The view from the Premium King with Sea View was great. Good location, just a short walk to the beach and lots of food options around. The bed was comfortable. The staff, especially the door attendants were very helpful. The breakfast was good with both local and international options.

Cons:

There was a weird smell sometimes in the hallway. One of the rooms we got also had this smell but we were offered a new room immediately when we requested.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Excellent accommodation conditions, impeccable cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
We received a spacious, clean room with all the amenities.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
Breakfast was in the form of a buffet, varied and very tasty.
The hotel pool is a pleasant place to relax and unwind, it overlooks the sea (we received pool towels, bathrobes and slippers).
Also, upon departure my wife received a souvenir bracelet from the hotel, they were attentive to details and friendly.

Sunrise on the beach and great hotel = Great!
Pros:

Great breakfast - they know how to cook bacon and eggs which I love! Fruit. All good. And really attentive staff; so it was a pleasure. Loved the view on the beach. Amazing pool on top of hotel. You can watch the sea.
