يوفر الفندق خدمة نقل مجانية إلى المطار في وقتين: الساعة 10:30 صباحاً والساعة 1:00 ظهراً، ولكن يجب حجز هذه الخدمة مسبقاً مع الفندق

كما أن الفندق يطلب تأميناً بقيمة 2 مليون دونغ فيتنامي، وعند تسجيل الخروج يُطلب من النزيل الانتظار في اللوبي لمدة تقارب 15 دقيقة حتى يتم فحص الشقة، وهذا الأمر غير مريح.
