Pros:

Not much to do around, but it's a short walk from the train station and a few minutes ride from the city centre. Comfortable bed and a fairly good space in the room for Japanese standards. The shower was strong and really good.

Cons:

I wanted to do a 6h late checkout, and they were charging me more than booking another night on booking.com. I ended up booking the night myself and just staying the extra hours I needed. I also asked for a cake from the display near the restaurant in the lobby, and they wanted to charge me 15% more to "eat-in," which means being seated in the lobby chairs. I ended up getting a takeaway and eating it there.

It was our second stay and we will stay there again.
Pros:

The staff are very polite, friendly, and kind. The location is excellent—close to the train station, airport bus stop, coffee shops, and convenience stores. We also had no issues leaving our luggage after checkout while we did some sightseeing.

Cons:

The facility is a bit old, so there’s some noticeable wear around the bathtub area.
