Kívülről impozáns az épület, az ágy pedig nagyon kényelmes és puha.

Cons:

Őszintén nem értem, hogyan lehet ez a hotel 4 csillagos.

A lift nagyon lassú, ráadásul egyetlen lift szolgál ki rengeteg vendéget. A fürdőszoba szintén problémás: a kád maximum gyerekeknek kényelmes, zuhanyzás közben pedig folyamatosan változik a vízhőmérséklet, jéghidegből pillanatok alatt tűzforró lesz. A zuhanyfal alján kifolyik a víz, így a fürdőszoba könnyen elázik.

A vacsoráztatás teljes káosz. Mindenki egyszerre mehet, nincs turnusos rendszer, ezért volt, akinek fél órát kellett a lépcsőnél várnia. Maga az étterem egy pince jellegű helyiségben van, ami a nehezebben mozgó vendégek számára különösen problémás.

Az ételek minősége napról napra romlott. Nyers, tocsogós rántotta, elégetett szélű tükörtojás, sokszor hideg ételek, az utolsó napokra pedig az egyébként kezdetben jó marhahús is ehetetlenül rágós lett. Ráadásul mirelit ételeket is felszolgáltak, ami egy 4 csillagos hoteltől szerintem elfogadhatatlan.

A személyzetnél is nagy a fejetlenség és a betanítás hiánya. Volt, aki szerint nem lehet kártyával fizetni a vacsora mellé rendelt italért, máskor pedig azt sem tudtuk, mennyi lett a fogyasztásunk, mert nem kaptunk megfelelő bizonylatot.

A wellness részleg is megérne egy külön fejezetet, de ennyi is elég.

Személyzet nagyon kedves, az ételek finomak voltak .

Cons:

A wellnesbe az élmény elemek csak egy része működött és a mosdóban az elszívó nagyon hangosan kerepelt.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji ale moim zdaniem na 4 gwiazdeki którymi się szczyci musi jeszcze popracować

Lokalizacja samo centrum blisko baseny

Cons:

W hotelu 4 gwiazdkowym nie wymieniają ręczników co dziennie. W porze lokacji czułem się jak intruz.Jedzenie jak ktoś zabierze wcześniej to masz problem nie wolno się spóźnić .
