Приветливый обслуживающий персонал. Все вопросы решали быстро и качественно. Завтрак вкусный, разнообразный. Номер уютный. Горячая вода есть всегда. Кондиционер исправный, работает в разных режимах. В шаговой доступности центр города: старый порт, старый город, рынок и панорамный лифт.Много кафе и магазинов.

Cons:

Нет крючков в ванне. Не предусмотрено место для того, чтобы сушить пляжные принадлежности и полотенца.

Pros:

Расположение. В центре. Рядом остановки общественного транспорта. Рядом с набережной . Есть кондиционер и холодильник в номере.

Cons:

За 6 дней проживания, ни разу не было уборки. Мусор так же никто не выносил. Никто не поинтересовался нужно ли что-то . Фена в номере не было. При просьбе-принесли. Но очень слабый. Персонал не очень приветлив. Постель мятая и с дырками. Все очень старое и нуждается в ремонте

Pros:

Le quartier parfait proche de tout c'est le top et je n'ai pas été dérangé et c'était bien calme dans l'hôtel et y'a un ascenseur.

Cons:

Difficile à communiquer quand on parle ni anglais ni turc mais heureusement que j'avais mon traducteur dans mon mobile 😁👌 et il faudrait un appareil d'eau chaude pour ce faire un thé ou un café sois même j'ai acheté un petit chauffe eau que j'emporte avec 👌

The location of the hotel is perfect, next to the city center and the tramway. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Pros:

L'endroit est super!! Accessible à tout à pieds, bon petit déjeuner local , y a un ascenseur, dans la chambre la climatisation fonctionne à merveille, y plusieurs serviettes,

Cons:

pas assez le choix pour le petit déjeuner, pas de yaourt, pas de gâteau...
Le point négatif dans la chambre et qu'elle est très petite et qu'il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur

Le personnels est très respectueux et fait tout pour les demandes de ses client, très gentille et accueillant

Cons:

L’emplacement à 5 min de vieux marché , à 10 min du port à 5 min du centre ville vraiment tout est proche.

Номер только, чтобы переночевать и уехать.
Pros:

Заселили быстро. Неплохое расположение отеля. Приветливый персонал на ресепшене.

Cons:

В номере требуется ремонт. Сам номер был очень грязный, особенно балкон. Мебель "уставшая". Полотенца синтетические, пользоваться неприятно. Слабое освещение в номере. Завтрак невкусный, есть с чем сравнить. Дети вообще есть завтрак отказались.
