Nothing. They are the best people ever. I have travelled around the world and stayed in many Booking.com hotels. This one stood out in many ways. The staff always went out their way to help.

Un chalet coquet et refait à neuf Du personnel charmant

Cons:

Le manque de place autour de la piscine et les gens extérieurs qui peuvent aussi y accéder et pas de restaurant en été . Des travaux autour de l'hôtel

Would recommend 100% and would return happily.
Pros:

Central Location, quiet, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, our daughter enjoyed the pool, comfortable pool and pool bar atmosphere. My husband enjoyed the sauna area.

Cons:

A miini fridge in room would have been nice.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel. Belle deco montagne. Spa très agréable. Petit déjeuner au soleil très copieux et complet. Personnel vraiment très agréable disponible et de bon conseil.
