Autentické ubytování v podhradí Karlštejna
Pros:

Vstřícný personál, skvělá organizace a doplňkové služby. Vínotéka v salónku, u bazénu i na pokoji.
Ultimátní lokalita s úžasným výhledem :)
Manželka ocenila gumičku v kosmetickém balíčku v koupelně.

Cons:

Pro turisty trochu pozdější snídaně (od 8:00).
Pro někoho těsnější parkování.

Absolut empfehlenswert in einem aussergewöhnlichen Haus!
Pros:

Frühstück ist sehr gut! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer außergewöhnlich - wir hatten sogar einen Blick auf die Burg gegenüber.... Der Pool-/Whirlpool-Bereich ist toll - ohne Worte, man sitzt auf den Sonnenliegen oder im Whirlpool und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Burg... Der Salzwasserpool ist angenehm geheizt - sehr außergewöhnlich. Man hat einige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Prag, Burg, Golfplatz, Höhle, Kleiner "Grand Canyon"...
sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen wieder! Achtung: wenn möglich, für das Auto einen Parkplatz reservieren - wir haben weiter unten im Ort geparkt - war aber auch kein großes Problem...

WLAN am Zimmer manchmal sehr langsam...wahrscheinlich zu viele Nutzer manchmal gleichzeitig

Hotel je na hezkém místě pod hradem. Na recepci byla velmi příjemná paní, která nás přivítala, doporučila restaurace v okolí a seznámila nás s možnostmi v hotelu. Byli jsme jejím přístupem velmi mile překvapen. Super 👍

Cons:

Hotel je dobře udržován, ale je znát, že vybavení je starší. Je čisté a bez nějakých vad, takže ok. Nedá se ale říct, že by se nám tam něco úplně nelíbilo

Do Hotelu Karlštejn & Spa jsme si jely užít společný čas s kamarádkama a odjíždíme naprosto nadšené. Krásné prostředí s výhledem na Karlštejn, skvělé wellness a celkově moc příjemná atmosféra.
Největší poděkování ale patří úžasné paní recepční. Tak milý, vstřícný a srdečný přístup se jen tak nevidí. Byla neustále usměvavá, ochotná se vším poradit a bylo vidět, že svou práci dělá s radostí. Díky ní jsme se cítily vítané od první chvíle.
Moc děkujeme za všechny drobné pozornosti, které nám pobyt ještě více zpříjemnily – od výborné medoviny na přivítanou až po milé rozloučení s Karlštejnskými oplatkami na cestu domů.
Takový servis a lidský přístup se dnes už moc nevidí a budeme na něj ještě dlouho vzpomínat.
