Pros:

The hotel wants to charge us 3000 Turkish lira for towels reclaimed there’s spots on it and after washed it by my hand the spots gone!
And they didn’t provided me blankets for my kids after asked them for 3 times
And the room service comes every 2 days!
And you can check the pictures of towels after I cleaned it by my hands

Honestly, nothing. The hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or customer service.

Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was poorly maintained, cleanliness was below acceptable standards, and the bathroom was extremely uncomfortable to use due to its poor layout and condition. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful when issues were raised. The most frustrating part was being accused of damaging a towel and being charged an unfair penalty after checkout. The towel was used normally, and the charge felt like an excuse to take extra money from guests. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the hotel seemed more interested in finding reasons to impose additional fees. I strongly dispute the charge and found the entire situation dishonest and disappointing. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Расположение - идеально. Остановка трамвая за углом. Рядом исторический центр.
Кровать удобная и хорошей длины. Доброжелательные сотрудники отеля.
Вариант, чтобы просто переночевать перед вылетом.

Cons:

Номер был прокуренный. Сантехника вымыта плохо (грязный унитаз, следы чужой зубной пасты над раковиной).
Окно не открывается на проветривание, можно только полностью распахнуть.
Освещение недостаточное, в комнате темно. Может, так заботятся, чтобы все вовремя ложились спать?

Прекрасный городской отель
Pros:

Очень удобно расположенный отель! Напротив остановки трамвая Dogu Garaj, который идет от аэропорта. Удобно добираться. Останавливаемся здесь всегда на 1-2 ночи. Отель находится во дворе, поэтому не шумно. Это фактически центр города. Персонал приветливый. Номер просторный (две кровати). Завтрак стандартный, в хорошую погоду можно на улице кушать. За углом классное недорогое турецкое кафе. Напротив через дорогу большой торговый центр. Повсюду рядом магазины с разными товарами. Парк и берег моря в пешей доступности через старый город. Рекомендую для шопинга и трансфера.

Cons:

Персонал не говорит по русски. Хотя для Анталии это норма.

Мебель старая, полы были в волосах. Попросила помыть полы, помыли, но волосы остались так же. Ванная комната воняла мочой, в коридоре воняло дымом от сигарет.
