Völlig überhitzte Zimmer, was zwar einerseits den hohen Außentemperaturen, jedoch andererseits auch den nicht oder nur minimal zu öffnenden Fenstern geschuldet war. Erholsamer Schlaf war nicht möglich. Kein Ventilator. Kein Aufzug. Zimmer extrem klein. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Tabakreste auf dem Tisch im Zimmer. Dusche komplett unbrauchbar da nicht einstellbar. Frühstücksraum vollkommen überhitzt. Manche der Gäste hatten hochrote Gesichter und fielen fast in Ohnmacht. Das Angebot beim Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, die Spiegeleier schwammen in Fett. Keine frischen Früchte. Nur Toast. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass einige Mitarbeiter keine Lust zum Arbeiten hatten, andere wiederum waren sehr freundlich und auskunftsbereit.
Der Preis des Zimmers war auf vier Sterne Niveau, die Qualität dafür unterirdisch.
Wir waren froh, als wir diese Lokalität wieder verlassen konnten.
Booking.com sollte bei der Vermittlung solcher miesen Hotels künftig etwas besser hinschauen😏. Completely disappointing!

Regular stop over for us, enjoyable as usual
Pros:

Great location, friendly helpful staff , great breakfast, reasonable prices.

Cons:

Council now charge for parking outside the front of Hotel, we were ok as on motorcycles and could use the limited parking available

We didn’t stay we don’t get to go away very often and as this was so bad we moved to a better hotel

Don't stay here
Cons:

Lift out of order our room was on the 4 floor we were not told this when we booked the window in our room had a crack from lett to right told they could not change rooms we only saw three other family's we didn't stay the second day my wife has lung and heart problems
