Room was comfortable as always. Sea view from the small window. We have stayed here a few times and always had a lovely room.
Wedding going on at the hotel, very noisy particularly because the wedding guests thought they were the only ones there. This wasn't the hotels fault, but they should maybe put all the wedding guests together so they don't disturb others.
Car parking Inadequate.
Lovely location on the seafront. Spacious family room. Excellent parking.
Bed was on the hard side.
general stay
being told the spa was £25 per person but on their own message via booking.com its said £15
i booked a family room with 3 beds for 3 adults to get given 2 bed room , luckily they had the correct room and the stay was ok
The view was exceptional and the bed very comfortable
Friendly, helpful staff, great location, very clean, easy access., close to shops, parking, good breakfast. Lovely sea view
The hotel is right on the promenade and very central.
We paid £280 for 2 nights to have a double room. When we arrived at the property the staff told us we could check in. However, when we approached the room there was a plumber in the room and in fact we could not check in. We later checked into the room and there were wet and dirty towels on the floor in the bath room and in the shower. Later that evening, I went to check if the door was locked and the carpet was soaking wet. When telling the staff they just apologised. Nothing was done about this matter. I do not think it is worth the money.
Great location, very comfortable and good value, if a little "tired" in some areas. The staff were excellent. It has on-site parking with an overflow carpark nearby so parking should not be an issue.
The shower room was very small, the Wi-Fi system was not very stable. You could log in one moment but not the next. The large room used for breakfast is not very pleasant. No windows and rather old fashioned. It would be much better if guests could have breakfast in the function room to the front of the hotel and enjoy sea views while dining.
Beautiful hotel right on Seafront. Had a Seaview room with bay window so could hear sea all night. All amenities in room. Nice bedding.Delicious breakfast. Spotlessly clean throughout hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend.
