Worth and comfortable stay
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Sunrise visible from the terrace itself. Need not go to the beach.

Breakfast double super.

Cons:

No internet inside the room. But we can compromise. Just open the door, it is available outside.

Pros:

It's in a good location to be able to do the sights of Kanyakumari in an afternoon. You get what you pay for but don't expect much.

Cons:

Very tired place, and that's not in a "heritage" way. I'm not convinced by the heritage claim at all. Very noisy, but that's what this central location in the hub of the tourist zone is like.

AC was not working and room smelled like kerosine. Food was bad as well. Not worth the money spent.
