Clean and close to River Walk

Cons:

I had booked a king room two months ago but got a queen room as they were "over sold". I doubt very seriously that everyone else booked two months ago. I'm a Hilton silver member.

Horrible experience would not recommend.
Pros:

We did not stay . We book the hotel less than 20 minutes before arrival for a king size bed and they only have queen.

We book the hotel less than 20 minutes before arrival for a king size bed . When we get there the receptionist let us know there is no king bed available only queen for the same price and he is not sure why booking.com allows us to book a king room.I was charged on my credit card even those when we get to the hotel that didn't have what we reserved and want us to stay on a queen bed for the same price of a king that we originally booked.

Excellent staff we interacted with, valet and front desk. Room was fairly comfortable.

Cons:

Did not care for the down town and surrounding area of the hotel. Luggage carts unavailable. Elevator out of service. Carpet floors dirty.
