Pros:

The pool was really nice

Cons:

The staff they were really rude the lady rose was no help she also had an attitude when I was asking questions I had request for the room and rose the reception was making remarks as well horrible first time experience she was very disrespectful I will not be returning to this hotel

Perfect location to leave the car and visit San Antonio
Pros:

Comfortable, location close to the river walk, valet parking. Buffet in the morning is back in comparison with last year.

Cons:

The room was confortable but with a lot of dust around the micro wave.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown was perfect.
Pros:

Clean, safe, friendly staff and convenient location to downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk. Decent checkout time. We did not feel rushed.

We set AC to 71°F at night but room temperature settings are overridden by the hotel's system, with a wide 71°F–75°F swing before the AC re-engages. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan is noisy.
Valet parking for $47+Tax is extremely expensive.

Not worth the price so much fees hidden

Cons:

My price was not true price thes add almost 200 dollars more for my original price plus 51 dollars for valet parking for night I pay for 2 nights plus tip every time I request my car to the door.
My two nights was 700 dollars for the hotel is not worth it

I had booked a king room two months ago but got a queen room as they were "over sold". I doubt very seriously that everyone else booked two months ago. I'm a Hilton silver member.

Horrible experience would not recommend.
Pros:

We did not stay . We book the hotel less than 20 minutes before arrival for a king size bed and they only have queen.

Cons:

We book the hotel less than 20 minutes before arrival for a king size bed . When we get there the receptionist let us know there is no king bed available only queen for the same price and he is not sure why booking.com allows us to book a king room.I was charged on my credit card even those when we get to the hotel that didn't have what we reserved and want us to stay on a queen bed for the same price of a king that we originally booked.

Excellent staff we interacted with, valet and front desk. Room was fairly comfortable.

Cons:

Did not care for the down town and surrounding area of the hotel. Luggage carts unavailable. Elevator out of service. Carpet floors dirty.
