Nice hotel and location. Friendly staff. Problems with towels
Pros:

Overall we loved this hotel. The location was great, and all members of the staff were friendly. There were two problems. When we arrived, we could not get in the front door. We pushed the door button twice. Finally a guest inside let us in.
When we checked in, I asked for fresh towels on the second day. They did not arrive. We asked a housekeeper in the hall. She was very nice and promised to bring some. At the end of the day, we had not received any. I called the front desk, and they still did not arrive. Finally after the fourth request, We received some

We had a great experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and consistently went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Their service exceeded what I’ve come to expect, even from Hilton properties. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again.
