I appreciate the option for early check-in being offered proactively, which we availed. All the staff are kind, accommodating and equally proactive. All pur requests were attended to in a timely manner from the extra bed to the additional toiletries, even late checkout and luggage storage. This is definitely the best experience I've had and really looking forward to the next. Service was top-notch! Kudos to everyone!

Clean and luxurious value for money
Loving it
I was welcomed at 2.30am which was a huge relief after a long flight. I really appreciated a late checkout as I had arrived so late and needed to sleep. The option of a big breakfast in the Madison restaurant at 12.30 really hit the spot.
The staff was extremely helpful and respectful.
I was also very pleased to take advantage of the hotel shuttle to the Runway over pass to the airport.

Location, pool and food
The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was noticeable dust, particularly in the corners, which made the room feel less than thoroughly maintained. Given the hotel’s price point, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, including attention to often-overlooked areas like corners and edges.

The customer service was a real standout feature of this hotel. The staff were all so kind and went out of their way to make our stay as smooth and special as possible. Their attention to detail in their service was impeccable and make our stay as carefree as possible- down to even the smallest details. They go out of their way for you at all times. A truly outstanding staff team.
