I stayed at the Hilton Manilla at Newport World Resorts. While the hotel itself provides a clean and comfortable stay, the value proposition is deeply flawed. Charging $250 a night in Manilla is incredibly steep and feels like a massive premium. To make matters worse, the property is not easy to locate from the street level, with multiple similar names abound, and it requires a frustratingly long walk to navigate. On the postive side, the close proximity to the airport terminal for travelers in transit. It is a decent hotel if you need a quick airport stopover, but the high price tag and poor street accessibility make it hard to fully recommend.
It had a nice pool, very cozy beds, spotless shower and bath, as well as very lovely breakfast buffet!
I already sent an email to my dad cobtaining all the fully paid booking information, my flight tickets, my passport, and a letter allowing them to check in first as they are coming all the way from Baguio with my nephew and my flight from London arriving not until almost midnight. I wanted to let then have a rest ahead of me first but the staff member would not let them amid all the complete information Incould think of. Luckily, a manager came who helped my parents and my nephew checked in with all the information I sent to my dad's email. I have also sent a message to the place ahead of time before my travel to make sure there would be no problems. I do understand though that it might be their policy however, given these kinds of circunstances and with verifyable information, I hope staff could be trained to have some considerations.

There is no mirror on the bedroom. I still need to go to the bathroom to do my make up. And TV is not a Smart tv, just very minimal.
From check-in to check-out, my entire experience here was absolutely unforgettable. A special thank you to Louis for a seamless, smooth check-in process that set the perfect tone for my stay. My room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and offered lovely views overlooking the pool and surrounding area .
The Executive Lounge was excellent in every way: great food selections, attentive and friendly staff, plus comfortable seating that made it such a nice place to relax. At Hua Yuan Restaurant, we enjoyed delicious food and truly five-star service; my friend was equally impressed and happy with every detail of the dining experience. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and inviting, and the cocktails were wonderful — they fully met and exceeded all my expectations.
I also want to give a big thank you to Zild and Lyssa for their warm hospitality, thoughtful care, and exceptional service throughout my visit. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued.
Thank you to the entire team for making this stay so memorable and special. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I would absolutely love to come back again!
The property was immaculate and the staff were so lovely and gracious. The Madison lounge was faultless.
The hotel is located right at the airport which was very convenient for transiting to other islands. The hotel is exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and great shower heads. The buffet breakfast was another exceptional highlight with so many options to choose from! The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay! Highly recommend!
The only downside I’d mention is that when the guests next door closed their room door, it sounded and felt like our own door was being opened or shut. I’m not sure if it’s due to the building structure or the type of doors used, but it was quite startling during the night as I initially thought someone had entered the room, only to realise it was the neighbouring room.
Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Manila. staff are amazing, great service and the hotel is accessible to the mall and restaurants so it's convenient. As a Diamond member they took us the the executive lounge to check in. We booked several rooms including a premium suite as we are celebrating several birthdays! The suite has provided enough space for for bonding even the other regular rooms are also spacious and clean, the bathtub on each room is a plus Everyone had a great time. Breakfast also offers a variety of options and it has a kids area which was the highlight for some of the kids with us. Special thanks to Camille, EJ, Cecilia and Khel at the Executive lounge for providing world class customer service and truly every staff has been wonderful. We requested a few things during our stay and the response time is impressive. We appreciate the executive lounge access and service it made a huge difference specially are arrived early or checked out late. Overall we have a great experience and will definitely stay here again! Thanks to all the amazing staff for making our stay memorable!

Hilton Honors Gold isn’t just overlooked here, it’s irrelevant. No acknowledgment, no benefits; you may as well be checking in for the first time.
Reception set the tone: abrupt and curiously indifferent. Service never quite recovered.
Sunday breakfast completed the picture, disorganised, unmanaged, and featuring the memorable detail of a chipped glass that quite literally cut my lip. Not the kind of impression one expects to take away.
I normally stay at Fairmont Manila, where loyalty is recognised and guests are treated accordingly.
One stay here was more than enough. AVOID!
