størrelsen på rommene, beliggenhet, mesteparten av personalet var serviceinnstilte

Cons:

Dårlig renhold, badet ble ikke vasket på to dager (før vi ga beskjed). Håndklær ble byttet ut, men ikke øvrig renhold. Da vi sa i fra om dette, ble det møtt med et smil og at rommet kun ble vasket på forespørsel. Dette er et fem stjerners hotell, da bør servicen være topp. Området rundt bassenget er slitt og ser heller ikke ut som et fem stjerners hotell bør se ut

Joyful and memorable stay.
Pros:

The place itself is quiet and clean. The room service is excellent. Special mention goes to room cleaners Dwight and Vincent who went an extra mile to well accommodate the guests.

Over all, my family had fun and enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Clean, wonderful staffs kudos to Alison, Azazie, Dani, Fiona, Pat (all works in The Kitchen at breakfast) always with smiles, always making sure the guests were happy and enjoying their stay at Hilton. Thank you so much!

Cons:

The check in took so long. I waited almost an hour before we got into our assigned rooms.

At selv om jeg hadde registrert at sønnen min var 16 år på booking.com, måtte jeg betale for frokost for han. Vi skjønte ingenting og de mente at vi ikke hadde betalt frokosten hans da hotellet regner barn opptil fem år. Litt rot, som hotellet burde ordne opp med booking.com.

Pros:

It’s very noisy, at the time the people next room was having a party. The staff was helpful and helped us changed rooms however it was very difficult with a toddler to pack and unpack in the middle of the night.
