Very quick check in process, having an iron/iron board is always a thumbs up. The customer service in the restaurants, executive lounge and in the Port bar were amazing. Additionally, I’d like to give a shout out to Ms. Sheila Ayson for assisting us and moving us to a functional room for the second night! A+++
First room was falling apart. Twice (Late at night and early in the morning) water was flowing from the ceiling. Bed outlets don’t work, couches are stained. For a five star ⭐️ hotel and the price you pay I would have expected better!

To expensive without breakfast
This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the hotel...its all good
The biggest thing I have a problem with is the over the top security getting into the place...over the top scans and all causes a back up at the entrance...armed guards with shotguns is very unsettling....I live in Thailand and travel constantly world wide and never see anything like this but the Philippines especially Manila it really makes one think how bad can it be there???

Nothing everything was perfect
When I had snacks at the Executive Lounge, the food was always presented in a delectably appealing way. Additionally, the staff, especially Chris, went out of his way(beyond expectations), to serve me and the other hotel guests. Snacks were always refilled as needed and the cleanliness of the place was always maintained. They have always created a relaxing ambiance, so we can eat and enjoy the atmosphere at the same time. It was a worthwhile experience going to the Executive Lounge. I am sure to be back here whenever I have my vacation in the Philippines.

My husband slipped over in lobby and broke his phone, no one cared. Very over priced. rooms are very small for the price, aircon was too cold and not able to adjust.

Everything about the Hilton in Manila is exceptional, particularly the courteous staff in the executive lounge, where our every need was more than met. Helo, one of the wait staff, bent over backwards to ensure I had something gluten free to eat, confirming that the ingredients met my dietary needs.
Even though it was peak hour, the checkout process was quick and hassle-free.
Special thanks to Steven for assisting us and guiding us through the transfer. He was professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth. Great service!

We felt at home, we have peace of mind...very clean amazing customer services,securities and all staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful if we need something, we would like to stay more if only... we could but we have to leave for another flights.. ✈️ we had an amazing wonderful 2 days and 2 nights stays...highly recommended we got a family room 2 double bed very big and comfortable bed.. love it ..

At check in we were upgraded to two suite rooms. Check in takes place in 5th floor executive lounge. The whole experience was great.
I didn’t book breakfast and as a member didn’t utilise lounge breakfast on first day as I was with family. The next day, Angel kindly gave us breakfast inc kids.
A special mention to chefs at breakfast in the third floor restaurant who pointed out halal and non halal members. It’s hard to find halal food but the Hilton can cater for you so I strongly recommend this hotel to my Muslim travellers.
The suites themselves were amazing with king size bed, iron, ironing board and toiletries.
A huge thank you to all at Hilton, you’ve been the best!!!
Do NOT BOOK transfers to get to this hotel, use the sky bridge, it’s really simple.
From level 2 you can access the Newport Mall too which have lots of shops and a fully halal Turkish place called Feta.
